Saoirse Ronan and more attended the 2017 IFP Gotham Independent Film Awards which was co-sponsored by Landmark Vineyards at Cipriani Wall Street last night(November 27th) in New York.
Carey Mulligan wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR FALL 2017 COUTURE grey sleeveless floral embroidered floor length dress with a mock neckline. On the runway, Carey's dress was unlined but the actress lined her dress which worked in her favor. Instead of wearing her hair in an up-do, she opted for a side parted, light wavy cut. Pink lips finished up her look.
Margot Robbie sparked in a SAINT LAURENT emerald one-shoulder, draped sequin dress with a belted waist and asymmetrical side split. She vamped up her look with a dark red lip. Center part waves, a small chain strap bag and black ankle strap sandals finished up her look.
Allison Williams wore a GIAMBATTISTA VALLI FALL 2017 COUTURE green & lavender sheer floral & beaded embroidered layered gown with a tie waist. I think she should have gone with a complimentary up-do & pink lip. However the gown suits her style.
Grace Van Patten wore a OLIVIER THEYSKENS FALL 2017 white ruched mini dress with a sheer lace yoke and tulle overlay. On the runway, Grace's dress was shown in black. For me, her look is forgettable. More interesting accessories could have enhanced her overall look.
Rachel Weisz also wore a sparkly look courtesy of SAINT LAURENT. Her FALL 2017 black long sleeve dress should look familiar as we have seen it on Robin Wright at this year's Cannes Festival. This dress is very unflattering on her.
Reese Witherspoon wore a OSCAR DE LA RENTA SPRING 2018 black short sleeve dress with contrasting gold confetti embellishments. Take away the gold detail and you have a basic black dress. This is just okay for me. LOUBOUTIN pumps and smokey eyes finished up her look.
