2019 The Fashion Awards Wrap-up

This evening(December 2nd) in London, the 2019 The Fashion Awards took place at the Royal Albert Hall. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Rita Ora showed off her décolletage in a custom 16ARLINGTON white and black graphic column dress, with a matching choker detail. I can't say that I am loving the eye make-up but she looked great in this dress.

Rihanna who was an honoree, struck a pose in a ensemble from her FENTY collection. When it comes to her style, Riri can do no wrong in my book but this is one of my least favorite looks. A flawless beauty look and HARRY KOTLAR studs topped off her look.

Nathalie Emmanuel looked beautiful wearing a custom PREEN BY THORNTON BREGAZZI PRE-FALL 2020 red sequin gown with a chiffon bodice. I am not that sold on the design but she sells it.

Emilia Clarke made sure she stood out in this SCHIAPARELLI FALL 2019 COUTURE dress. The vibrant hue draws you in while the embroidered cape sleeves added drama. That hem is weird and the color doesn't work on her but I like the idea.

Lily James served up a winning look courtesy of VALENTINO. Her FALL 2019 COUTURE white strapless gown featured a contrasting gold bow bodice which elevated the dress.

Emma Roberts wore a ATTICO FALL 2019 black sequin mini dress with a train in the back and matching feather opera gloves. I can't see this working without those gloves but I would swap out those pumps for a ankle strap sandal.

Winnie Harlow served up a sultry look, wearing this ANDREAS KRONTHALER FOR VIVIENNE WESTWOOD SPRING 2020 strapless corset dress. I almost wish she wore leggings but she owned this look.

Nicole Scherzinger went the sultry route as well, wearing a custom JULIEN MACDONALD graphic beaded, cutout dress. The dress is a signature look by the designer but it suits her.

Naomi Watts dressed up her black off-the-shoulder BURBERRY dress with FERNANDO JORGE jewelry, which was topped off with a red lip.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley made a shiny entrance wearing a BOTTEGA VENETA SPRING 2020 gold chainmail dress with a lightly draped neckline. On the runway the dress was shown in a knee length version but I like either way.

Anna Wintour dipped into the CHANEL archives for this SPRING 2011 COUTURE color-block sequin dress. Sleeves were added which worked in her favor.

Eward Enninful kept it simple but sharp in a classic black tuxedo.

Laura Carmichael wore a RALPH & RUSSO FALL 2019 COUTURE black strapless mini dress with a contrasting sequin beaded draped panel. Without the detailed panel, this would have been a snooze.

Olivia Culpo also wore RALPH & RUSSO FALL 2019 COUTURE. Her strapless mustard and pale pink tulle hand pleated ballgown, featured an asymmetrical, micro-pleated sweetheart bodice and voluminous skirt.

Kylie Minogue wore a CHRISTOPHER KANE ensemble which featured a FALL 2018 black beaded panel blazer and a SPRING 2020 neon yellow & black lace cutout embellished dress. I kinda wish she wore the dress without the blazer.

Lexy Panterra got her pose on wearing a STEVEN KHALIL SPRING 2018 COUTURE nude embellished gown which she accessorized with a green clutch and NATALIE MILLS jewelry.

Sandra Oh wore a ERDEM FALL 2019 purple sequin and black lace dress with a pussy bow neckline. The idea of this suits her but I am not feeling it.

Stella Maxwell utilized the split on her custom ETRO black paisley, silk-chiffon gown with a plunging neckline. She finished up with a DAVID YURMAN jewelry, strappy sandals and a colored lip.

Irina Shayk also worked the split on her dress, which is a custom piece by BURBERRY. I feel like a colored sandal or jewelry could have enhanced this.

Ellie Goulding wore head to toe CHLOE SPRING 2020. This ensemble may not be for everyone but it suits her and her styling works.

Noomi Rapace wore a brand that I wish that I can see more on the carpet. This ANN DEMEULEMEESTER FALL 2020 red ensemble is right up her style alley. It's an overload of the color but it works for her.

Poppy Delevingne went the bridal route, wearing a white strapless OSCAR DE LA RENTA BRIDAL FALL 2020 tier tulle babydoll dress.

Tracee Ellis Ross hosted the event and if anyone can pull off LOEWE with ease, she is one them. Even though this is way off season, I love her in this SPRING 2020 handkerchief hem dress with the detailed neck piece.

Jourdan Dunn got leggy in a VIVIENNE WESTWOOD one-shoulder floral draped, corset mini dress which she teamed with JIMMY CHOO sandals. She finished up with a flawless beauty look.

Naomi Campbell who was an honoree, worked a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN sheer black and silver  high-neck beaded gown and sandals.

Jessica Barden wore a CHRISTOPHER KANE FALL 2019 black lace and white satin pleated dress which she teamed with MALONE SOULIERS pumps. I kinda wish she wore the boots but she still looked great.

Halima Aden looked beautiful wearing a custom PREEN BY THORNTON BREGAZZI SPRING 2020 pink ruffle floral dress with the matching head wrap.

Ellie Bamber wore a CHANEL RESORT 2020 floral beaded embroidered dress. This would have been perfect had she wore the runway boots as well.

Ella Balinska rocked a vampy oxblood lip with her ARMANI PRIVE SPRING 2019 black strapless, sequin column dress. I wish she kept the runway's heels as well.

Chris Lee was head to toe in GUCCI RESORT 2020 and she nailed her look. One of my favorites.

Alexa Chung wore a black sequin floor length dress with a contrasting white collar & cuffs from her ALEXACHUNG collection.

Bella Thorne worked the split on her DSQUARED2 pleated lame dress which she accessorized with statement jewelry and STELLA LUNA sandals.
