29th IFP Gotham Awards

Last night(December 2nd) some celebs hit the red carpet in rainy New York for the 29th Annual IFP Gotham Awards at Cipriani Wall Street.

Jennifer Lopez worked her frame in a RALPH & RUSSO FALL 2019 COUTURE black feather beaded, midi dress with an organza off-the-shoulder detail. The sandals feel a tad heavy but she looked great in this dress.

Renee Elise-Goldsberry could not be missed wearing a vibrant orange CONG TRI FALL 2019 bow back, wide-leg jumpsuit. The bodice looks off but I still like this. CHOPARD jewelry rounded out her look.

Olivia Wilde wore a MIU MIU white silk-chiffon, layered embroidered gown which she accessorized with SARAH HENDLER jewelry. Her gown has a bridal feel to it but she looked lovely.

Beanie Feldstein looked great wearing a MARY KATRANZOU butterfly printed maxi dress, with ruffle sleeveles.

Chloe Sevingny wore head to toe GIVENCHY SPRING 2020 which featured a khaki puffy sleeve dress, a white top handle bag and white leather boots. A red lip brighten up her look.

Kaitlyn Dever wore a white and black riffle & lace tier dress from the CHANEL RESORT 2020 collection. While I actually prefer the runway's length and styling, Kaitlyn still pulled it off.

Greta Gerwig sparkled in the TEMPERLEY LONDON PRE-FALLL 2019 black rainbow sequin, ruffle dress, with a bow waist sash. Greta had the v-neck partially pinned, which looked a little off but other than that, a great choice.

Constance Wu brought some color to the carpet, wearing a pink hue dress from the ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2020 collection. It's nothing exciting but it works.

Awkwafina wore a nude beaded J. MENDEL SPRING 2020 studded organza gown which she accessorized with JENNIFER MEYER jewelry. I wish that her hair was completely off-the-shoulders.

Keke Palmer came through in a black off-the-shoulder KHYELI feather dress with a train dragging in the back. I kinda wish this was belted to offer up some balance. GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals and emerald earrings rounded out her look.

Elisabeth Moss wore a DUNDAS FALL 2019 long black crepe satin dress with an embellished raised waist and plunging neckline. I don't like the neckline and I would swap out the LOUBOUTIN pumps for ankle strap sandals.

Julia Stiles  wore a THE ROW RESORT 2020 black tuxedo dress. The addition of the black satin waist band was a great choice. However I wish she wore it in a colored hue. CHOPARD jewelry and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI heels rounded out her look.

Laura Dern chose a nude embellished gown from the FENDI FALL 2019 COUTURE collection. Unfortunately the drop waist doesn't work.

Natsasha Lyonne knows how to pick pieces that suits her style and this THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE piece is it. However I wish the hair was off-the-shoulders and the hem needed to be shorten.

Lili Reinhart chose a black embellished cutout MIU MIU mini dress with an scalloped hem. I usually like her looks but this doesn't work for me.
