Ahead of the big awards shows, the Recording Academy and Clive Davis Pre-GRAMMY Gala took place last night(January 25th) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA.
Beyonce worked the split on her VALDRIN SAHITI red gown which she accessorized with a silver glittery clutch and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps. I would definitely swap out the pumps for an ankle strap sandal.
Cynthia Erivo was all smiles wearing a RICHARD QUINN SPRING 2020 beaded embroidered mini dress. The shape of the skirt is not the best but she seems to be having fun with this look which is what matters. Instead of wearing a simple silver metallic sandals, she opted for silver sparkly CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN platform sandals which topped off her look along with DAVID WEBB jewelry.
Naomi Campbell gave us a look hot off the SPRING 2020 COUTURE runway's courtesy of STPEHANE ROLLAND. She effortlessly slayed this look.
Billy Porter rocked an JULIEN MACDONALD SPRING 2020 black, long-sleeved fully embellished sweater and DUNHILL black trousers. The accessories helped to tie his winning look together.
Cardi B also gave us a look hot off of the SPRING 2020 COUTURE runway's courtesy of NICOLAS JEBRAN. Love the color and the fit of the bottom half on her but the cleavage overload is what throws her look off.

Bebe Rexha also wore a look by JULIEN MACDONALD but her piece was custom. Her platinum silk gown featured a draped chainmail bodice, crystal embroidered shoulders and chain fringe detail. The top is a bit over-designed but the shiny look suits the occasions.
Janet Jackson made a rare appearance wearing an all black edgy look which featured an ALEXANDER WANG leather coat dress and shiny platform boots.
Hailee Steinfeld wore a YANINA FALL 2019 COUTURE black beaded jacket with the matching floor length, beaded & feather hem skirt. I like this look but it feels a bit too mature for Hailee.
Nicole Scherzinger owned the split on her AZZI & OSTA SPRING 2020 white double-split, floor length dress with a pleated, strapless bodice.
Priyanka Chopra turned to NICOLAS JEBRAN as well, wearing a silk halter gown with a flowing train in the back. Again, I would ditched the pumps for scrappy or ankle strap sandals.
Dua Lipa stepped out in a PETER DO SPRING 2020 ensemble which featured a black leather blazer and white & black leather panel pants. The pants needed to be hemmed and I kinda wish she wore the pants similar to how it was presented in the look book.
