73rd EE British Academy Film Awards Wrap-up

Following the pre-party, Saoirse Ronan and more attended the 73rd EE British Academy Film Awards this evening(February 2nd) at the Royal Albert Hall in London. To see all of the red carpet looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Zoe Kravitz has a knack for making the simplest piece come alive. She looked beautiful in this SAINT LAURENT gold long sleeve sequin dress. Thankful instead of wearing gold jewelry, she chose red earrings which provided a pop of color to her look along with a red lip.

Jodie Turner-Smith can do no wrong. The pregnant actress was breathtakingly beautiful in a GUCCI sequin gown that tied around her neck. The yellow hue was perfect against her skin and her beauty look was flawless.

Naomie Harris wore a pewter MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION sequin, slit detail dress with fringe beading that provided movement to her look. This was a no-fuss beautiful look.

Saoirse Ronan also wore a custom GUCCI gown. However with all the bold, statement pieces that Alessandro Michele creates for the fashion house, I am surprise that this black piece was chosen. However she still looked great and her vibrant lip color & earrings elevated her look.

Scarlett Johnasson wore a pink ATELIER VERSACE sequin featured gown, with a slit detail. She looks great but this feels familiar.

Gemma Whelan stood out in a vibrant red SACHIN & BABI three-quarter dress, with a bow detail waist. She could have easily gone with black heels but instead she opted for light blue suede RUPERT SANDERSON pumps.

Catherine Duchess of Cambridge turned to one of her go to designer brands, wearing a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN white and gold beaded embroidered gown.

Charlize Theron wore a purple strapless CHRISTIAN DIOR pleated chiffon gown with a split neckline and a belted waist. Love the color and the gown looks great but I dislike the neckline.

Rebel Wilson wore a custom PRABAL GURUNG red sequin and black crepe gown with a draped side panel. The gown is not my favorite but she wears the color red well.

Kristin Scott Thomas wore an ERDEM RESORT 2020 white and black polka dress, with an tie detail shoulder and a tier hem. I like how she always picks pieces that you wouldn't necessarily see her in. She looks great.

Renee Zellweger sticked to her signature silhouette, wearing a pink off-the-shoulder PRADA column.   I must say, I actually like this but I still want her to step outside of her comfort zone.

Daisy Ridley looked pretty wearing a OSCAR DE LA RENTA black one-shoulder, pleated silk-chiffon gown. A red lip was added for color but I also wish she wore some sparkly jewelry to take this to the next level.

Kaitlyn Dever also chose a gown by MIU MIU but I prefer her soft pink strapless, ruffle tier gown over Jessie's. I just wish it was an inch higher on the bust.

Jessie Buckley wore a MIU MIU white feather embroidered and black velvet gown with side pockets.  I am not feeling anything here.

Edith Bowman wore a THE VAMPIRE'S WIFE ruffle tier dress which was belted at the waist and accessorized with blue gloves and GINA heels. Those shoulder pads are not working for me and her hair should have been completely off-the-shoulders.

Greta Gerwig also turned to to GUCCI, wearing a green velvet gown with embellished straps. She looks pretty but something about those straps is off.

Lulu Wang who directed 'The Farewell', wore a SIMONE ROCHA SPRING 2020 red and white floral embroidered tunic, skirt and cuff pants. I am sure these pieces can work individually but leave it to her to take a risk.

Gillian Anderson kept things simple in a CAMILLA & MARC PRE-FALL 2020 black strapless, side pocket dress. A red ANYA HINDMARCH clutch and red JIMMY CHOO sandals provided touches of color to her look.

Olivia Colman looked incredible wearing an ALEXANDER MCQUEEN RESORT 2020 black silk-chiffon gown with an embroidered bodice.
