'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy' NY Screening

Continuing on the promo tour, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leo Woodall, Renee Zellweger were joined by Lucy Boynton at another premiere of Peacock's ''Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy'' which was held at Jazz, at Lincoln Center on Wednesday(February 12th) in New York City.

Chiwetel Ejiofor debuts a LANVIN PRE-FALL 2025 look from the new creative director Peter Copping. It's a dark, cool look, but I feel like he needed a piece of jewelry to elevate it. 

Leo Woodall wore a RALPH LAUREN brown pinstripe suit. The pants needed to be hemmed better, but I like this. The green ombre plaid tie added a nice compliment to his brown suit. 

Renee Zellweger wore a PRADA seafoam green, off-the-shoulder ankle length dress which she accessorized with a DAVID WEBB ring and matching pumps. The dress is cute, but a much bolder color would have been better because this one doesn't work for her.

Renee Zellweger in Tamara Ralph Couture at the 'Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy' Amsterdam Premiere

Following the London photocall, Renee Zellweger hit the pink carpet for another premiere of 'Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy' which was held at the Royal Theatre Tuschinski in Amsterdam on Monday(February 3rd).

When it comes to the styling of her look, Renee almost always goes the fuss-free route which sometimes works in her favor. This TAMARA RALPH FALL 2024 COUTURE one-shoulder, ankle length dress was done in a chic houndstooth print, and a impactful silhouette. 

I really like this dress on Renee and I am glad that the length is much longer on her than it was on the model. On this occasion, her signature one ring accessory worked because with a standout print like this, she didn't need anything to compete with it. 

A simple black pump, an up-do with tendrils and light make-up put the finishing touches on her great look. What do you think of Renee's look?

Following the London premiere, Renee Zellweger attended the photocall for the ''Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy'' which was held at the Terrace at the Tower Hotel in London on Thursday(January 30th).

Even though I wish that Renee was wearing a leather pencil skirt over the culottes, I still thought she looked great in this HERMES FALL 2024 ensemble. The different textures of her monochromatic ensemble came together nicely. 

Her look is still on the boring side, but it gave what it needed to for the occasion. Dark sunglasses, black suede pumps and a ponytail with tendrils finished up her look. Are you feeling Renee's all black ensemble?

Renee Zellweger in Pierre Balmain Couture at the ''Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy'' London Premiere

Following the Paris premiere, Renee Zellweger was back on the carpet for another premiere of ''Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy'' which was held at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square this evening(January 29th) in London.

Renee went the vintage route, opting for a bold fuchsia satin column dress, with a train in the back from the PIERRE BALMAIN FALL 2000 COUTURE collection. The color was impactful and made her stand out here. 

She get's a plus for not having creases, but I still don't like the fabric and I'm not sold on her overall look. Even with the color, this still comes off as boring. She definitely needed a better hairstyle and a diamond necklace and bracelet, instead of her go to one ring on the right finger. 

Also, I get the idea behind the shoe choice, but end results is not working in her favor. In my opinion, this is only memorable because of the color. Did Renee sell you on her look?

Renee Zellweger is back on the promo scene for ''Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy'' and this evening(January 27th) in Paris, she attended the film's premiere.

We rarely see Renee on the red carpet, but I feel like she hasn't delivered a memorable look. For her red carpet return, she posed in a SAINT LAURENT black one-shoulder, floor sweeping sheer lace dress with a scalloped neckline that flowed into a one sleeve and a flirty side slit. 

I'm not saying this is a bad look, it's just doesn't excite. I would have loved to see a sash on the waist to break-up the lace. When it comes to accessories, you can always count on Renee to wear one cocktail ring on her right hand. Sometimes it works, but sometimes I wish that she would give us more. 

She has a style comfort zone which she tends to stick to, but hopefully she steps outside of it. On the beauty end, she kept things simple as always, opting for her signature natural make-up look and a ponytail to top off her look along with black pumps. Did Renee sell you on her all black look?

The gown hit the runway in blue but red is and will always be the perfect color on Amanda which is why I am glad that it was changed. However I wish that she kept the brooch from the runway's version but I also dislike the neckline. Nonetheless, she looked gorgeous.

Following the end of awards season, Renee Zellweger made her way back to the carpet for The Women's Cancer Research Fund's 2020 'An Unforgettable Evening' at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel yesterday evening(February 27th) in Beverly Hills, California.

For the occasion, she chose a black long sleeve lace and double-split crepe, floor sweeping dress from the GUCCI SPRING 2020 collection. As you can see, the top was changed on Renee's dress which worked so much better than the runway version. 

She looked great but I wish she would stop doing the one big ring on her index finger because it doesn't work with every look and it feels like an after-thought. 

Instead of wearing a ankle strap heel, she opted for simple black pumps. Also I would have loved to see her with a colored lip and sparkly earrings. What do you think of Renee's all black look?

2020 National Board Of Review Awards Gala

Following their attendance at the Critics Circle awards and a movie premiere, Lupita Nyong'o, Salma Hayek, Billy Porter and more attended the 2020 National Board Of Review Awards Gala at Cipriani last night(January 8th) in New York.

Salma Hayek wore a JONATHAN SIMKHAI draped, silver lame dress which she accessorized with a ring handle bag and silver metallic, platform sandals. I think the dress is cute in general but it doesn't suit her and the accessories doesn't work at all.

Billy Porter went the 70's route, rocking a GUCCI logo blazer which he teamed with a printed shirt underneath and white trousers. The burgundy boots helped to tie his whole look together. 

Lupita Nyong'o ditched wearing color for a black sequin CELINE cutout, crisscross halter dress which she accessorized with diamond jewelry. This may not be a wow moment but she does look pretty and her beauty look is flawless.

Renee Zellweger and more braved the rain while posing on the pink carpet for the premiere of 'Judy' at The Curzon Mayfair yesterday evening(September 30th) in London.

Renee Zellweger led the way wearing a EMILIA WICKSTEAD SPRING 2020 long sleeve lilac, off-the-shoulder cocktail dress. The runway's dress was shown in a tricky length but Renee's mid-calf length worked in her favor. Although it is a different color, this dress reminds me of her Ulyana Sergeenko dress from TIFF.
