2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Following the awards, the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar party which was hosted by Radhika Jones took place at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday(March 12th) in Beverly Hills, California.

Daisy Edgar Jones with a mesh beaded dress by GUCCI, with a nude bodysuit underneath for coverage. She doesn't look bad but I kinda wish this was fully lined. 

Jodie Turner-Smith can make a trash bag look beautiful. I am not a fan of her GUCCI dress, mainly because that red velvet panel is a head scratcher. However, she is selling it and her beauty look was flawless. 

Salma Hayek also wore GUCCI, for the second time that night but I'm not loving her dress, especially the lace panels. 

Kate Hudson exuded sexy, elegance in a TAMARA RALPH COUTURE hot pink structured gown with a petal cape. The neckline is tricky but she pulled it off. I prefer this over the gown she wore to the awards. 

Danielle Deadwyler wore head to toe VERSACE FALL 2023 and I thought she looked gorgeous. The turquoise opera gloves really had a hand in making this dotted copper mini dress pop. However, I would ditched the pumps for an ankle strap heel. POMELLATO jewelry finished up her look. 

Zoe Saldana showed off her toned abs in a MICHAEL KORS COLLECTION gold mesh embellished crop top and a black floor length skirt. I prefer this on the Fendi dress that she wore to the awards.

Lily James a pink strapless ATELIER VERSACE gown with a playful, feather neckline. I actually like this on her but I am not sold on the color for her. 

Sienna Miller wore a FENDI SPRING 2023 COUTURE silver beaded yellow & green floral motif backless gown with twisted straps. I feel like there are fit issues here and the creases prove that. 

Suki Waterhouse made a shiny entrance wearing an ELIE SAAB FALL 2022 COUTURE sequin gown with REZA jewelry. This would have been perfect if her hair was sleeker,  in an up-do or pulled back. 

Miranda Kerr looked lovely wearing a ELIE SAAB SPRING 2023 COUTURE cutout, silk-chiffon gown with CHOPARD jewelry. I like this Tiffany blue hue. 

Kate Bosworth wore a MONIQUE LHUILLER FALL 2023 strapless two-tone, drop waist bodice gown with CICADA jewelry. I feel like a necklace was needed here. 

Yara Shahidi wore a BOTTEGA VENETA SPRING 2023 red strapless, leather flowers mini dress with the matching gloves. I think the gloves should have been left out. Also, I think a simple red ankle strap sandal would have been better. 

Tessa Thompson wore an interesting piece from the MOSCHINO PRE-FALL 2023 collection. Her black double-breasted, off-the-shoulder gown featured a satin lapel-inspired neckline and red rosette bralette. Tessa is the right person to rock a piece like this whether we like it or not but the bralette is ill-fitted. 

Angela Bassett turned to MOSCHINO again, wearing a custom FALL 2023 crimson silk taffeta off shoulder bow bustier with the matching trousers. I feel like metallic heels or something similar to the model's would have been better.

Alessandra Ambrosio wore a DUNDAS FALL 2023 silver long sleeve crystal crosshatch gown with A baroque-inspired embroidery. Naturally this would have been better lined but this look is so her. 

Halle Berry wore a OSCAR DE LA RENTA PRE-FALL 2023 strapless babydoll mini dress with CASADEI sandals. This babydoll dress is not a good look for the beautiful Halle Berry. Also, it feels tweenish. 

Leslie Mann also a look from the OSCAR DE LA RENTA PRE-FALL 2023 collection. Her black tulle, halter gown definitely needed a waist band. 

Monica Barbaro showed off her décolletage in a periwinkle off-the-shoulder OSCAR DE LA RENTA dress. She looked beautiful but this is too tight on the bust. 

Winnie Harlow switched into her second gown of the night courtesy of GIAMBATTISTA VALLI. Her SPRING 2023 COUTURE light pink long sleeve silk chiffon gown featured a draped bustier and rosette cuffs. ALEXANDRE BIRMAN sandals finished up her look. 

Paris Jackson also chose a GIAMBATTISTA VALLI gown. Her black off-shoulder sequin tiered high-low gown with a train is from the SPRING 2019 COUTURE collection. 

Nancy Pelosi was all smiles wearing a GIAMBATTISTA VALLI FALL 2021 sequin floral dress and she looked great.

Dominique Thorne wore a PATBO FALL 2023 wore a black lace, bustier dress and even though this is see-through, I thought she looked great for the occasion.

Halle Bailey ditched her Dolce & Gabbana gown for this custom MASION YEYA strapless champagne gown. This is screaming for some ankle strap sandals. 

Ashley Graham wore a DOLCE & GABBANA red sheer chiffon dress with a black bra & briefs underneath for coverage. If this was lined, the results would have ben much better. 

Jennifer Coolidge wore a DOLCE & GABBANA black ruched, cold-shoulder dress. This look really works on her.

Emma Roberts easily had my favorite DOLCE & GABBANA dress out the bunch. Her look has a flirty, goth vibe to it. She looked beautiful. 

Megan Thee Stallion made her return to the spotlight and she looked beautiful wearing a custom BACH MAI strapless gown. I am here for her natural hair. 

Dwyane Wade suited up in PRADA. Add a statement brooch and this would have been more interesting. 

Gabrielle Union wore a RALPH LAUREN black crystal embellished, deep v-neck dress with REEZA jewelry. She looked beautiful but it doesn't it excite like most of her looks. 

Naomi Watts wore playful, sequin feather dress from the GIVENCHY SPRING 2023 collection with NORMAN SILVERMAN jewelry but I am not feeling the bra seams. 

Madelyn Cline wore a green floral, turtleneck dress from the GIVENCHY FALL 2023 collection. She definitely should have kept that necklace because her look ended it. 

Julia Garner rocked a sexy, sheer black OFF-WHITE FALL 2023 dress which was accessorized with NINA RUNSDORF jewelry and JIMMY CHOO heels. 

Olivia Wilde wore GABRIELA HEARST FALL 2023 white draped dress with a contrasting black leather bra. I am not a fan of the draped, exposed bra look but it's a sexy party look. However, I don't think that she has the edge to sell it. 

Sarah Paulson wore a black sequin NINA RICCI FALL 2023 dress. Overall, it's not a bad look but those sleeves aren't working. 

Danielle Brooks was clearly feeling herself and I am here for it. She also wore a look from the NINA RICCI FALL 2023 collection. This is the sexiest that I have ever seen her. 

Sofia Vergara wore a REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2023 gold sequin embellished, strapless dress. It is definitely giving deja vu but she looked pretty. 

Jessica Alba wore a navy strapless, CAROLINA HERRERA column dress and the only thing exciting here is that necklace. 

Kylie Jenner wore a custom MAISON MARGIELA strapless cape back dress and I thought she looked pretty. 

Minnie Driver wore a green & white floral printed gown from the EMILIA WICKSTEAD SPRING 2023 collection. I feel like this needed a waistband as well for balance. 

Simone Ashley wore a custom NINA RICCI FALL 2023 sequin one-shoulder, sequin dress with bow accents. The idea of her dress is easily better than the runway's dress but there are some fit issues with Simone's dress. The mid-section is the most unflattering.  

Riley Keough looked gorgeous wearing a gold sequin, backless dress from the CELINE FALL 2023 collection. 

Kaia Gerber posed with boyfriend Austin Butler while wearing a silver sequin, keyhole halter dress from the CELINE FALL 2023 collection. It's a simple but great party look. Austin wore head to toe SAINT LAURENT BY ANTHONY VACCAERELLO FALL 2023. 

Kendall Jenner dipped into the JEAN PAUL GAULTIER archives for this SPRING 2008 COUTURE gold gown and she looked great in it. 

Iris Apatow wore a fun sequin and flower embellished COLIN LOCASCIO FALL 2023 dress. I feel like she should have gone lighter on the make-up and I would swap out the suede pumps for a simple metallic sandal. 

Amanda Peet wore a metallic pleated ALTUZARRA SPRING 2023 cutout dress. The dress is cute but her overall look is boring. 

Sophie Turner looked cute in a LOUIS VUITTON black sparkly, cutout dress with cape sleeves. 

Ana de Armas also wore LOUIS VUITTON and I'm not feeling this dress. It does nothing for her. 

Jennifer Connelly of course wore LOUIS VUITTON and her look doesn't excite but it's not a bad look. 

Sharon Stone looked gorgeous in this TONY WARD FALL 2017 yellow & white embroidered cape dress. I am not that crazy about the coordinating bag but I really like this. 

Cardi B struck a pose in a custom ROBERT WUN SPRING 2023 COUTURE red draped gown. Although I'm not sold on the draped pouch, she looked beautiful. 

Hunter Schafer wore a ANN DEMEULEMEESTER FALL 2023 white leaf top and a low waist, floor length skirt. Listen, if you got the body & confidence to wear it, do you but I wonder how she moved around with this top. 

Emily Ratajkowski showed some skin in a FEBEN FALL 2023 silver sheer dress. I don't like but this dress is right up her style alley. 

Michelle Yeoh walked away a winner and she looked beautiful here in a GIORGIO ARAMNI PRIVE SPRING 2023 COUTURE gown and should have worn this to the awards. Also, I like how the neckline was covered up with a sheer black panel because it worked in her favor.  

Andrea Riseborough also wore a GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE SPRING 2023 COUTURE gown but it is too costumey. It's giving a jester vibe. 

Naomi Campbell wore a SCHIAPARELLI SPRING 2023 COUTURE dress and it may not be the best design but she makes it look good. 

Sabrina Carpenter wore a PACO RABANNE PRE-FALL 2023 dress and there nothing about this dress that I like. 

Vanessa Hudgens changed into a ROBERTO CAVALLI FALL 2023 black velvet, fringe dress. It's a lot going on here with the design but because it's in black, it doesn't look bad on her. 

Florence Pugh wore her second VALENTINO COUTURE look of the night. The pink taffeta coat adds some drama but I don't like the bralette. 

Olivia Rodrigo also wore VALENTINO and although her sequin leopard halter dress doesn't excite, it was a great look for the occasion. 

Patricia Clarkson wore a ZUHAIR MURAD PRE-FALL 2023 black & gold studded dress with a carwash pleated skirt. She looked great but I feel like open-toe shoes would have been better.

Tiffany Haddish stepped out in ZUHAIR MURAD PRE-FALL 2023 as well. She looked gorgeous in this color-block pleated, double-split dress. 

Eva Longoria wore another ZUHAIR MURAD dress, this time from the PRE-FALL 2023 collection. I am not sold on the dress but she is having fun with it. 

Shay Mitchell wore also a ZUHAIR MURAD PRE-FALL 2023 piece. She doesn't look confident here but I prefer how the gown in the look book. 

Chrissy Teigen wore a ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2023 COUTURE feather embellished, robe dress. I feel like this is a fun, party look but the sandals are too heavy and the hair should have been sleeker. 

Heidi Klum also wore a ZUHAIR MURAD SPRING 2023 COUTURE dress. Her beaded, cutout dress came with a dramatic cape coat. This look sells so much better on the runway. The quality of it changes on Heidi and not in a good way. 

Donald Glover wore a ALEXANDER MCQUEEN FALL 2023 grey cutout, jumpsuit which looks so much better on the model. The fit is really bad on him. 

Rooney Mara didn't change out of her ALEXANDER MCQUEEN FALL 2008 dress. Instead she added a SPRING 2016 jacket to it from the same fashion house. 

Cara Delvingne ditched her awards gown for a DEL CORE FALL 2023 off-the-shoulder gown. Even though it's a bit tight on the bust, I still thought she looked gorgeous. 

Kerry Washington went through the DONNA KARAN archives for this nude SPRING 2011 piece. It's simple but gorgeous. 

Janelle Monae wore a AREA SPRING 2023 black semi-sheer, velvet cutout gown. Her beauty looks is flawless but I don't love the design. 

Rita Ora wore a WIEDERHOEFT FALL 2023 white strapless dress that hit the bridal border. This is very toned down for Rita, giving some of the looks that she has worn in the past to this party or any party. 

Saweetie wore a GEORGES CHAKRA SPRING 2023 COUTTURE cape mini dress with a skirt train. Love the color but I feel like this is more fitting for someone on the taller side.
