10th Breakthrough Prize Ceremony

On Saturday(April 13th) the 10th Annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony was held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA.

Jessica Chastain sparkled in a ELIE SAAB FALL 2024 purple sequin jumpsuit. Adding some extra sparkles to her look, she accessorized with a DAMIANI necklace. 

Lizzo looked so beautiful wearing a custom QUINE LI structured gown with matching opera glovers. I feel like she needed bracelets on both wrists, but this was still a winning look. 

Swizz Beatz and Alicia Keys both wore RALPH LAUREN and the husband and wife dup complimented each other nicely. 

Michelle Yeoh turned to TOM FORD, wearing an ivory double-breasted suit which she dressed up with a diamond brooch and a BALENCIAGA bag. The bag does work with her look. 

Zoe Saldana wore a GIVENCHY FALL 2024 black strapless sequin dress with FERNANDO JORGE jewelry. I feel like a necklace was needed. Nothing heavy or focus pulling, but something simple with a little sparkle. 

Brie Larson wore a CHANEL FALL 2022 COUTURE floral embroidered, halter gown. Given a lot of looks that we have seen celebs in from the fashion house, I don't think this was a bad look.

Glenn Close wore a GIORGIO ARMANI pleated ensemble top with the matching pants. Surprisingly, there weren't no creases or wrinkles which was a good thing. However, I wish this was in a different material and color.

Katy Perry showed off her décolletage in a COPERNI SPRING 2024 black off-the-shoulder. I feel like she needed slightly, heavier earrings, but I still like this. 

Margot Robbie wore a RICK OWENS SPRING 2024 black strapless, pleated dress which she dressed up with gold cuffs. It's not the most exciting look, but it worked enough for the occasion. 

Olivia Wilde showed some skin in a GALVAN PRE-FALL 2023 black cutout and side split dress. I like that the tie straps were changed to white because it made her look standout a little more. 

Kim Kardashian wore a white ALAIA cutout halter dress and I see nothing different from what she usually wears. 

Venus Williams wore a PRADA column dress and this fuchsia hue looked fantastic on her.
