On Thursday(October 29th) Cynthia Erivo attended the 2026 American Ballet Theatre's Fall Gala which was held at the David H Koch Theater, in Lincoln Center in New York City.
Cynthia stepped out in a bold look from the ERDEM SPRING 2027 collection which featured a black grain de poudre hourglass coat dress paired with a crisp white collard shirt, an architectural, full-volume pannier skirt and delicate floral appliqués.
This is a striking mix of sharp, traditional menswear tailoring on top and whimsical, romantic, gothic-ballroom drama on the bottom. However, I do have some quibbles. The sleeves are too long on her and this seems more suited for someone on the taller side. Generally speaking, this coat dress is right up her style alley, so it wasn't a bad choice.
