On Monday(October 5th) Andrew Garfield and Billie Lourd attended the ''Artificial'' screening during the 64th New York Film Festival which was held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York City

Andrew Garfield wore a navy double-breasted suit with a yellow button down shirt by J. PRESS. Although, the pants could have been hemmed better, he still looked great for the occasion. A JAEGER-LECOULTRE watch and DOUCALS shoes finished up his look. 

Billie Lourd wore a RODARTE PRE-FALL 2025 brown ruffle silk-georgette dress with contrasting black bows on the shoulders and an asymmetrical hem. If this looks familiar, that's because Laufey wore it in June 2025 in a different color. This color doesn't suit her and the dress is not flattering on her.

On Thursday(September 11th) Kaya Scodelario and Billie Lourd hit the red carpet for the premiere of ''Adulthood'' during the 50th Toronto International Film Festival at the Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Ontario.  

Kaya Scodelario went the vintage route, wearing an archival ELIE SAAB purple ombre suit which was accessorized with SOVA jewelry and CHLOE platform sandals. I love the color on her and the retro, chic appeal. 

Billie Lourd wore a RODARTE floral cape mini dress with a black rose on the neckline. If the designer name wasn't confirmed, I would have never guessed that this was Rodarte because this is different from what I ever seen from the fashion house. Nonetheless, she looked great.

Following their attendance at the Academy gala, Julia Roberts, Amal & George Clooney, and Kaitlyn Dever joined their co-star Billy Lourd on the pink carpet yesterday evening(October 17th) for the premiere of ''Ticket To Paradise'' at the Regency Village Theatre in LA.  

Julia Roberts could not be missed wearing a vibrant, fuchsia pleated gown from the GRETA CONSTANTINE SPRING 2021 collection. In the look book, the gown was shown in yellow but the fuchsia worked better for her. The dark nails and CHOPARD earrings finished up her vibrant look nicely.

The "Ticket To Paradise'' world premiere took place at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square on Wednesday(September 7th) in London.

2019 Costume Designers Guild Awards

Last night(February 19th) the 2019 Costume Designers Guild Awards took place at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA.

Sonequa Martin-Green wore a SIMONE ROCHA SPRING 2019 orange foil strapless pleated circular dress, which was layered with a sheer organza cape. On the runway, the dress was layered with a fishnet tutu underneath which provided a full shape. However I am thankful that Sonequa didn't wear it because the dress seems better without it.

2018 LACMA Art + Film Gala Wrap-up

Yesterday evening(November 3rd) the 2018 LACMA Art + Film Gala honoring Catherine Opie and Guillermo del Toro & presented by Gucci, took place at the LACMA in LA. Dakota Johnson was one of my top favorites, wearing this black long sleeve, center front split cape gown, which featured an embellished neck and a sheer illusion yoke. 

Kiki Layne chose a difficult piece but I have to say, that she has me sold. Her color-block ruffle sequin embellished gown was topped off with a simple but flawless beauty look. My favorite of the night.

Lana Del Ray wore a black silk embellished, center front split dress, featuring a v-neckline and long glove sleeves. The creases are a bit distracting here but given the fabric, it's no surprise that they are there.
