Adriana Paz, Diego Luna & Anna Diaz at the 79th Cannes Film Festival 'Ashes' Photocall

On Wednesday(May 13th) Adriana Paz, Diego Luna and Anna Diaz posed at the ''Ashes'' photocall during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival which was held at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

Adriana Paz wore a custom NEITHAN HERBERT sheer black organza blouse and black fluid satin trousers and organic gold jewelry. I'm not loving the trousers, but the top half of her look is great. 

Diego Luna wore a chocolate brown suit which he styled simply with a white tee underneath and black sneakers. I would have liked to see him wearing white or colored sneakers. It would have elevated his look. 

Anna Diaz wore a ABL ESTUDIO white draped dress with MESSIKA jewelry. I'm not loving the design of the top, especially with the frayed hem. The dress looks slightly unfinished.

Fala Chen, Colin Farrell & Tilda Swinton at the 69th BFI London Film Festival ‘Ballad Of A Small Player’ Premiere

Continuing on the promo tour, Fala Chen, Colin Farrell and Tilda Swinton hit the red carpet for another premiere of the ''Ballad of a Small Player'' which was held during the 69th BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall on Thursday(October 9th) in London.

Fala Chen looked gorgeous in a two-tone strapless SCHIAPARELLI SPRING 2023 corset gown which was accessorized with MESSIKA jewelry and STUART WEITZMAN heels. I don't mind the two different colors, but I feel like the color on the front of the gown washes her out. Nonetheless, she still looked gorgeous. 

Colin Farrell wore a DOLCE & GABBANA grey three-piece suit. His look had the potential, but the styling is a let down. He looks like he threw this on and ran out the door. 

Tilda Swinton wore a CHANEL ensemble from the label's SPRING 2026 collection. It's a simple, but classic edgy look. The red lip elevates it, but I wish the pants were hemmed better.

For the premiere at Zoo Palast on Wednesday(July 10th), she wore a ERDEM SPRING 2024 sequin embellished dress. This was not a great color choice for her, but overall, this is not good looking dress. I really don't like how the underlying fabric is hanging out. This was a huge miss.

Following the LA premiere, Dakota Johnson jetted off to Mexico City for the premiere of 'Madame Web' which was held at Cinemex Antara on yesterday(February 13th).

On this occasion, she turned to TOM FORD, wearing a red pleated halter dress with a plunging neckline. I think the color is cute but the neckline looks a bit off. Also, the fabric doesn't give off high-end and the design is not helping.

Following her attendance at the Fashion Awards, Gillian Anderson and more attended ''The Crown'' finale celebration at The Royal Festival Hall on Tuesday(December 5th) in London.

Meg Bellamy wore a VALENTINO white floor length dress which was accessorized with MESSIKA jewelry and MALONE SOULIERS heels. It's a simple but pretty look but I wish that she wore open-toe heels. 

Emma Corrin wore a custom look by MIU MIU. No-one else can wear this because it suits Emma's style perfectly and I love it. Although, I'm not a fan of the sheer skirt, she manages to make the whole look work for her.

Rachel Brosanhan is back on the promo scene for the new season of ''The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel'' and her stylist Alexandra Mandelkorn posted her look on instagram today(January 19th)

She posed for the gram in a SERGIO HUDSON FALL 2021 red turtleneck and belted skirt. This collection has gotten a lot pulls and the skirt was recently seen on Chante Adams in December 2021. This is a great press look, although I am not 100% sold on the coordinating red pumps, mainly because they are too shiny. 

The top & the skirt were shown together on the runway and although the red's look slightly off, the pieces work together. The hair style also worked nicely with her ensemble which topped off her look along with MESSIKA jewelry.

Leslie Grace is back promoting ''In the Heights'' and her stylists Wayman + Micah posted her look on instagram today(June 3rd). 

Leslie was all smiles posing for the gram in a LAPOINTE FALL 2021 ivory leather, belted trench coat which she wore as a dress. I have always loved the idea of wearing a trench coat as a dress & when done right the execution is a win.

I like how the coat was styled in the look book but again I like Leslie's style approach. Some may like and some may not but it's the stepping outside of the box for me. Although I almost wish the top was swapped out for a bandeau. 

Shorts underneath would have been a great alternative as well but she looked great rocking this as a dress. MESSIKA jewelry, STUART WEITZMAN metallic, a braided up-do and a pink lip put the finishing touches on her look. Are you feeling Leslie's instagram style?

Following her previous press look, Jurnee Smollett and more stepped out last night(May 16th) for the 2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards which took place at the Hollywood Palladium in LA. Continue below to see a few celebs look which was posted on instagram by them & their stylist. 

Jurnee Smollett was easily my favorite wearing her second ALEXANDRE VAUTHIER SPRING 2021 COUTURE look within a week. She was head to toe in a look from the designer which featured a teal satin cutout jumpsuit & booties. Let's be real here, the side draping is not attractive but she made this 80's inspired look work with ease, I love it. The color is easily the star here and I don't know if she was standing up in the ride to the red carpet or if her look was steamed again when she arrived but I was amazed that there weren't any creases or wrinkles in sight. When I first saw this look when the collection dropped, I thought Tessa Thompson because she has the attitude to sell this. However I like that Eiza is doing something different with her style. This suit ensemble has a lot going on but it's eye-catching and bold in a fun way.

We never know where Beyonce is going to pop-up unless she post a picture of her look to instagram and she did just that in Miami, FL during Superbowl LIV last night(February 2nd). 

She posed for the gram in a BALMAIN SPRING 2020 green peak lapel denim jacket and the matching high-rise, monogram skinny jeans. I really love this look on Bey and I think it was appropriate for the game. 

I would have loved to see her wearing yellow or pink heels to play off of the green hue but instead she opted for white LE SILLA pumps which worked perfectly as well. When it comes to Selena Gomez style, it isn't consistent. On Saturday(January 11th) she attended the premiere of 'Dolittle' at the Regency Village Theatre in LA.

She chose a difficult piece from the GIVENCHY FALL 2019 COUTURE collection. Her look featured a pink knit turtleneck and a black pleated, draped skirt. The top half of her look works but that bottom half an easy no. 

For me, I wish the skirt had the same shape as it did on the model but in general, I don't think the skirt works on Selena. In all of her images, the skirt just look goofy on her.

Instagram Style: Beyonce & Jay-z Heading to a Birthday Party

Beyonce doesn't do red carpets anymore with the exception of 'The Lion King' recently, and she posts her looks her way, and on her time for us to see. On Saturday night(July 27th) she posed with husband Jay-z for instagram before they headed to his niece birthday party. 

Beyonce worked the side front, thigh-high split on her custom WALTER COLLECTION red one-shoulder beaded embroidered dress. The dress was see-through at the bottom but a built-in bodysuit was added at the top for coverage. The split is somewhat reminiscent of her Cong Tri dress and I think the JIMMY CHOO sandals kinda competes for attention with the dress. But it coordinates for the party's theme. Nonetheless, this is a sexy look which she owned. MESSIKA jewelry finished up her look.

Jay-z wore a classic white and black tuxedo which he teamed with an white scarf, a white cane and black, shiny dress shoes. I was thinking the fit of the pants is off but it could be the way he is posing.

The theme of the party was rumored to be 'The Great Gatsby' which speaks to the tone of their style direction. Do you think Bey & Jay nailed the theme?

Charlize Theron in Christian Dior Couture at the 'Long Shot' Paris Premiere

Charlize Theron is starring in the new film 'Long Shot' and yesterday evening(April 24th) in Paris, she attended the premiere at the Gaumont Opera Capucines.

Charlize armored up in a CHRISTIAN DIOR SPRING 2019 COUTURE black mini dress, which featured a sheer billowy sleeves, a studded embroidered bodice and a pleated mini skirt. On the runway the top was adorned with a tiered ruffle collar and paired with a sheer knee length skirt.

Cynthia Erivo in Zuhair Murad at the 'Bad Times at the El Royale' LA Premiere

When it comes to her style, I feel like Cynthia Erivo picks the right pieces but sometimes the styling falls flat. On Saturday(September 22nd) she attended the 'Bad Times At The El Royale' premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California.

She sparkled her way onto the carpet wearing a long sleeve purple ZUHAIR MURAD FALL 2018 semi-sheer sequin floor length dress, featuring a fringe bodice, a v-neckline and a center front split. Looking at Cynthia's dress & the look books, clearly she messed with that neckline which didn't work in her favor. 

The v-neckline was made longer which looks unflattering and I really miss that belt. Also while her JIMMY CHOO velvet pumps are cute, they don't work here. A strappy or ankle strap sandal in a matching hue or silver metallic would have been a better choice. The color & the design was perfect for her but on this occasion, she should have kept the dress as presented. Do you agree?

'Roma' 75th Cannes Film Festival Premiere Wrap-up

Paz Vega, Ana Beatriz Barros and more attended the 'Roma' premiere this evening(August 30th) during the 75th Venice Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

Naomi Watts took a break from wearing Armani and opted for a PRADA pleated embellished gown which she accessorized with CRIVELLI jewelry and a TYLER ELLIS clutch. I like the idea of this dress but those sleeves are not working for me. A center part up-do and minimal completed her look. 

Izabel Goulart wore once again wore PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI. Her long sleeve silver mini dress, featured padded shoulders, a cutout back and white ruffle cuffs. Center part waves and silver sandals capped off her sultry look. 

Cristiana Capotondi wore a black ruffle tier TOMMY HILFIGER dress which she accessorized with MESSIKA jewelry, a JAEGER-LE COULTRE watch and a ROGER VIVIER gold clutch. Minimal makeup and center part straight tresses finished up her look.

Earlier today(August 30th) in Venice, Italy, Paz Vega was spotted arriving for the 75th Venice Film Festival and she was also on hand for the 'Roma' premiere.

For her arrival, Paz served up some color, wearing a ULYANA SERGEENKO FALL 2018 COUTURE yellow & light blue pleated midi shirt dress, featuring a three-quarter sleeves and a belted. I am always on board when I see color, especially when it is done right like this. She offset her vibrant hue dress with nude pumps which topped off her look along with a LOUIS VUITTON should bag and dark sunglasses.

For the premiere, she wore a CAROLINA HERRERA FALL 2018 black & silver metallic animal print gown with spaghetti straps and a scoop neckline. The dress is adorned with a waistband to provide a cinched waist. I don't like how it is fitting on Paz, I prefer it on the model, as it doesn't look billowy at the top. MESSIKA jewelry and a short layered cut topped off her look.
