Ruth Wilson is currently on the promo trail for her new Showtime series ''The Woman In The Wall'' and on Wednesday(January 17th) she attended the premiere which was held at the Metrograph in New York.

Ruth's style has always been different but that's not necessarily a bad thing. This GIORGIO ARMANI black velvet pinstripe jumpsuit is hard to decipher without looking at the image close-up because it's hard to tell if this is a jumpsuit or two pieces. 

I think it suits her either way, but I wish something was added to break it up so that you can have a real idea of what her look is. The NEOUS boots aren't really my favorite with this look but it works for Ruth. The ALEXIS BITTAR earrings really add a unique, edgy detail to finish off her look. What do you think of Ruth's look?

2023 Evening Standard Theatre Awards

Yesterday evening(November 19th) in London, the 2023 Evening Standard Theatre Awards was held at the Claridge's Hotel.

Sheila Atim looked fantastic as always wearing a Bespoke EMILIA WICKSTEAD dark green jumpsuit. Some might argue that the cutout detail wasn't needed and probably not but she pulls it off perfectly. I kinda wish she wore gold metallic heels though but I still like this. 

Tom Hiddleston wore a RALPH LAUREN velvet tuxedo. Love that he chose it in the dark green hue because it works on him.

Yesterday evening(June 27th) in London, the 2023 The Serpentine Gallery Summer party was held at The Serpentine Gallery in London.

Diane Kruger wore a custom DAVID KOMA FALL 2023 dress. I feel like the flower choker or the straps has to go because both wasn't needed.

Ruth Wilson is back on the promo scene for her new film ''His Dark Materials'' and this evening(December 12th) in London, she attended the premiere at the BFI Southbank

For the occasion, Ruth chose a floral & fringe EREM RESORT 2023 pleated dress. This dress is super cute on the runway but it doesn't look as exciting on Ruth. I prefer the shape of the skirt on the model. 

I mean, the dress doesn't look horribly bad on Ruth but the impact is not the same. A red lip, a curly up-don and black sandals rounded out her look. Which shape of the dress do you prefer, Ruth's or the runway's?

The  24th British Independent Film Awards took place yesterday evening(December 5th) in London at the Old Billingsgate and the celebs were serving looks on the red carpet. 

Caitriona Balfe definitely stood out in this ALEXANDR MCQUEEN RESORT 2022 ensemble. Now the two pieces together are just too fussy and I don't think she needed such a heavy eye. With that being said, I can't say that I like this on her but I do like it better on the model.

Following her previous appearance, Ruth Wilson joined Maggie Gyllenhaal, Dakota Johnson, Olivia Colman and Jessie Buckley on the red carpet for ''The Lost Daughter'' premiere during the 65th BFI London Film Festival on Wednesday(October 13th). 

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a LOEWE RESORT 2021 two-tone cutout dress. I think this is a great look but I dislike the uneven hem and I wish that she would stop wearing those pumps. 

Dakota Johnson of course turned to GUCCI, sparkling in a nude crystal embellished, layered with playful feather cuffs. I thought Dakota looked beautiful but those shoulder pads don't look good.

Ruth Wilson doesn't know what ''playing it safe'' looks like style wise, which is why she always stands out, hit or miss. She hit the red carpet during the 65th BFI London Film Festival yesterday(October 9th) for the premiere of ''True Things.''

I like this JW ANDRERSON FALL 2021 printed ensemble that she chose but I feel like the results would have been better if the shirt was tucked into the pants. The print is uniquely cool and Ruth can make a masculine look like this work and she did. 

But again, I wish the shirt was tucked in. Other than that, I like this and the white heels were a great choice. A flawless beauty look and gold jewelry finished up her look.

Along with Kate Hudson, Sarah Gadon, Virginie Efira and Ruth Wilson hit the red carpet for the ''Mona Lisa & the Blood Moon'' 78th Venice Film Festival premiere.

Sarah Gadon looked simply pretty in a black GRETA CONSTANTINE fit 'n' flare dress with a plunging neckline and a bow waist sash. However I feel like she needed a bolder red lip and some sparkly jewelry to take this to the next level. 

Virginie Efira wore a LOUIS VUITTON black side split dress with contrasting silver and gold panels. The metallic panels is what keeps this dress from being a snooze. I can't that I am loving it but it's not a bad look. 

Ruth Wilson wore a GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVE black velvet asymmetrical long tunic top with the matching velvet pants. If anyone can pull this off without it looking too matronly, it's Ruth. Love this on her, from the bold red lip and the earrings, this look is a win for me.

73rd Tony Awards Wrap-up

The 73rd Annual Tony Awards took place yesterday evening(June 9th) at the 3 West Club in New York. To see all of the celeb looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.  

Regina King was simply beautiful in a custom pink PRADA silk halter gown, with a ruched side panel, that flowed into a short train. The color looks spectacular on her and while the bodice looks a tad tight, I am still loving her look. JACOB & CO jewelry and a complimentary beauty look rounded out her look. 

Cynthia Erivo wore a CHRIS GELINAS white floor length dress, with playful feathers and a flirty thigh-high split. I would definitely swap out the CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps for sandals but she still was a beauty. KWIAT & FRED LEIGHTON jewelry rounded out her look.

Last night(June 2nd) in New York, Ruth Wilson hit the red carpet at the 2019 Drama Desk Awards, which was held at Steinway Hall.

When I first saw Ruth's look, I knew that she was wearing ERDEM SPRING 2019. Her black beaded peplum halter top which was belted at the waist and it was worn with the matching skirt which stopped just above her ankles. 

On the runway, the top was shown in a sleeveless, crewneck version but I prefer the halter top. If I had to nitpick here, I wish the skirt was tailored more, and an inch or two shorter. Also I think she should have gone with a less focus pulling heel. What do you think of Ruth's look?

For her appearance at SiriusXM Radio, she wore a ruffle one-shoulder CAROLINA HERRERA polka dot dress. While she is wearing black patent sandals in this image, she actually wore heeled sandals for the radio interview.

Following her attendance at a pre-party, Kate Mara along with Jennifer Lawrence & Ruth Wilson wore CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE at the 71st EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) at the Royal Albert Hall this evening(February 18th) in London.

Kate Mara wore a FALL 2017 COUTURE strapless black & gold embroidered organza layered gown. On the runway, the bodice of Kate's gown with lined with a nude panel but I am thankful that she switched it for black. The black looks more elegant here. 

Jennifer Lawrence wore a SPRING 2018 COUTURE black strapless gown with contrasting white draped chiffon shoulder panels and side pockets. Instead of wearing sparkly jewelry, she opted for emerald stone earrings & matching ring. Straight off-the-shoulder tresses and red lips finished up her look. 

Ruth Wilson also opted for a SPRING 2018 COUTURE. Her black two-piece suit with a sheer panel shirt underneath, was teamed with ivory embellished sandals. I like that Ruth opted not to wear a dress, she looked great in this suit.

Andrea Riseborough and more attended the 2017 British Independent Film Awards yesterday evening(December 10th) at the Old Billingsgate in London.

Johanne Froggatt wore the navy strapless TEMPERLEY LONDON SPRING 2018 'Cannes' dress with an embellished corset style bodice, a belted waist and a layered tulle skirt. An extra pop of color came via her red pumps. A half-up half-down hairstyle and a small envelope clutch finished up her look.
