79th Cannes Film Festival 'Hope' Photocall

Following the premiere, HoYeon, Alicia Vikander, Michael Fassbender and Taylor Russell attended the ''Hope'' photocall during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at the Palais des Festivals on Monday(May 18th) in Cannes, France.

HoYeon showed off her midriff in a LOUIS VUITTON ivory knit crop top with the matching mini skirt. Instead of wearing sandals or loafers, she opted for black leather knee boots to top off her look. 

Alicia Vikander also wore LOUIS VUITTON. She looked pretty in a pleated collard dress with a tie-waist.

79th Cannes Film Festival 'Hope' Premiere

Michael Fassbender, Alicia Vikander, Taylor Russell and HoYeon hit the red carpet at the ''Hope'' premiere during the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival at Palais des Festivals on Sunday(May 17th) in Cannes, France. 

Michael Fassbender wore a classic double-breasted tuxedo by BERLUTI. He looked great but the panted needed to be hemmed. 

Alicia Vikander wore a LOUIS VUITTON soft pink halter dress. I like this but I feel like jewelry is missing. 

Taylor Russell wore a custom CHRISTIAN DIOR white strapless crepe printed satin panel dress with a bustle detail in the back. I usually love her red carpet looks, but I'm not feeling this one, especially the back. Also, she needed an open-toe heel instead of those bridal pumps. 

HoYeon looked pretty wearing a beaded dress by LOUIS VUITTON. The color is not my favorite on her, but generally speaking, she still pulled it off.

'Queer' 81st Venice Film Festival Premiere

Following the photocall, the ''Queer'' cast and more attended the premiere during the 81st Venice Film Festival on Tuesday(September 6th) in Venice, Italy. The cast wore LOEWE again for the premiere.

Taylor Russell utilized the split on her custom LOEWE black silk hooded and lace panel gown. She looked beautiful, but ankle strap sandals would have been a better shoe choice. 

Daniel Craig posed with wife Rachel Weisz wearing a LOEWE suit and I don't know why, but his look is giving me Miami vibes. Rachel looked pretty wearing a custom ATELIER VERSACE navy sequin, column dress with a flowing train in the back.

Following the photocall, 'The Room Next Door' premiere took place during the 81st Venice Film Festival on today(September 2nd) in Venice, Italy. 

Tilda Swinton wore a CHANEL SPRING 2024 COUTURE ruffle coat and sheer organza pants. I feel like she needed a colored lip with this grey hue, but she definitely pulled this off. I am not sure anyone could have done this like her.

Look 1 - August 28th:

For the 'Luigi De Laurentiis' Venice Award for a debut film jury photocall, she went the vintage route, wearing a JOHN GALLIANO SPRING 1995 grey skirt suit. This was a great look, but I was disappointed when I saw the shoes. Like, why would you wear such a distracting heel with a sophisticated skirt suit like this. A simple, sleek pump would have been a way better shoe choice.

Taylor Russell is a fashion favorite of mine, so I was excited to see her in this custom look. I almost feel like the top half and the bottom half should not work together, but somehow it does. She sells it effortlessly. 

Greta Lee chose a white structural strapless gown from the fashion house which was unlined. What I appreciate is that it touched on the theme and always knows how to wear this brand. However, I am not loving the hair and it's not the most exciting piece.

Taylor Russell didn't attend the photocall but she joined Timothee Chalamet at the red carpet premiere for the premiere ''Bones And All'' on Saturday(November 12th) in Milan. 

Taylor has been on a style roll, choosing unique, statement pieces that's sure to get everyone taking. She chose a black suit from the ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SPRING 2023 collection. I like how the jacket was worn on the runway because it makes the suit look chicer.
