For Spring 2014, NICOLE MILLER mixed together florals, shattered glass & chandeliers details and stripes. She also played around with different textures and heavy embellishments that didn't overshadow but were done in the right amounts.
Her use of mixed prints were done perfectly which is why Solange Knowles came to mind when I saw them. This is a style that she does very well. Along with the feminine pieces, came the tough, edgy looks like the distressed & slashed pants with frayed edges.
Peplum details were also done and I loved how the girly dresses were toughen up with moto jackets. Overall the collection was feminine but with a little rebellion. To see the full collection, click here.
