Yesterday Emma Watson was on hand for the Lighting of the Empire State Building for International Women's Day and the Launch of HeForShe Arts Week at the Empire State Building in NYC.
For the occasion, the actress wore a NARCISO RODRIGUEZ PRE-FALL 2016 sleeveless cream dress with a crossover skirt and a wide black waist band which provided a nice cinched waist.
Her beauty look which was kept simple, featured a red lip and a short side parted bob. A simple chic sophisticated look which worked for the occasion. GIANVITO ROSSI black wrap-around pumps topped off her look.
