48th NAACP Image Awards Wrap-up

Yesterday evening(February 11th) the  48th NAACP Image Awards took place at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California. To see all of the celebs looks, click HERE and continue below for the wrap-up.

Jurnee Smollett-Bell served up major cleavage wearing a black long sleeve velvet floor length dress with a deep v-neckline and a padded shoulders. The overload of cleavage takes away from her look.

Regina King looked great in a shimmery gold GENNY halter dress with a gold metal belt and a high split. Gold accessories and a high bun with bangs finished up her look.

Serayah took on the lingerie trend wearing a red DOLCE & GABBANA lace panel slip gown. I feel like I have seen similar versions of the dress so much that this doesn't excite. Love her braided, make-up and earrings though.

Teyonah Parris sparkled in a champagne beaded fringe layered tulle floor length dress with a low scoop, cut-out back. Kinda wish she hair was sleeker & off-the-shoulder but I love it in general.

Niecy Nash worked her curves in a HERVE LEGER navy & black sequin panel, cut-out jumpsuit. It's a little too much cleavage on display but I love how she embraces her curves.

Uzo Aduba looked great in a CINQ A SEPT black halter floor length dress with a contrasting purple waistband, a key-hole detail and a ruffled tier skirt.

Tamera Mowry wore a which featured a sheer black layered tie waist shirt and a grey beaded embroidered full, floor length skirt. Hair & make-up is cute but the skirt isn't flattering on her.

Octavia Spencer kept it simple in a black & white layered peplum top and a black tuxedo pants. Center part curls, a colored lip and black sandals finished up her look.

Chrissy Metz wore a custom MICHAEL COSTELLO pink silk-chiffon cape gown with a sheer illusion, embroidered top. I like the color & dress but I feel like it doesn't compliment her.
