2019 Billboard Women in Music Event

Last night(December 12th) the 2019 Billboard Women in Music event took place at the Hollywood Palladium in LA. 

Alicia Keys posed in a PRABAL GURUNG SPRING 2020 purple suit, with contrasting draped sleeves panels wrapped around her arms and a purple lace bra. The arm details look a bit silly, like she is wearing a coat or something that fell off her arms. Also the pants really needed to be hemmed but I kinda like this, especailly the color. CASADEI pumps and cornrows finished up her look.

Taylor Swift looked great wearing a navy & gold chain detail OSCAR DE LA RENTA SPRING 2020 culottes, halter jumpsuit which she accessorized with AME, MARLI NY &MAXIOR jewelry and SERGIO ROSSI sandals. 

Normani stood out in a green and blue jungle printed blazer & matching leggings from the VERSACE SPING 2020 collection. Gold jewelry, an AMMANII ring and transparent pumps finished up her look.

Billie Eilish went the over-sized, baggy route as always wearing head to toe PRADA SPRING 2020 from the menswear collection. It could be the lighting but I don't like this color on her but the look suits her.

Maggie Rogers chose a GUCCI SPRING 2020 periwinkle pleated sheer, train back blouse and red belted velvet pants. Retro inspired looks suit her but I wish the hair was completely off-the-shoulders and I would swap out the matching sandals for a something metallic. I like her crystallized water bottle. 

Rosalia posed in a ANTONIO GRIMALDI FALL 2019 COUTURE customized white asymmetrical drape top and a high waist skirt with slit detail. This is not working for me. I am missing the belt bag, her hair should have been straight and off-the-shoulders. However I think this is more suited for someone on the taller side and the fit is just bad.

Hunter Schafer wore head to toe HUNTER SCHAFER SPRING 2020 which featured a skirt shirt, a orange & white checkered button down shirt and green heels. I am glad that she swap the shirts because the orange stands out. However while I really dislike this skirt and the shoes with it, this is right up her style alley.

Jameela Jamil suited in a ANNAKIKI orange satin suit with a matching silk button down shirt and tie underneath. I like the idea of this look but the fabric doesn't work for me.
