Constance Wu in Versace Leaving The View

Following the NY premiere of ''Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile'', Constance Wu stopped by The View yesterday(October 4th) to continue promoting the film. 

It is sweater weather of the actress rocked the VERSACE PRE-FALL 2022 Greca intarsia, loose sweater which was styled with sheer black stockings and black leather knee boots. As you can see, the sweater comes with a matching skirt but I actually prefer how she wore it as a dress. 

The skirt is cute but better on it's own, with a solid top. However my only quibble is that I wish the sleeves weren't so long on her but other than that, this was a great look. Also I love the color combination. Are you feeling Constance's look as well?

Constance Wu in Naeem Khan at the ''Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile'' NYC Premiere

Constance Wu was on hand for the world premiere of her new film ''Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile'', which was held at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater yesterday evening(October 2nd) in New York City.

It was rainy and cold in the big apple but Constance stood out in this NAEEM KHAN FALL 2022 silver paillette and feather mini dress. The dress is cute but I'm not feeling the hairstyle. Granted, an up-do was the right route given the high neckline but it still doesn't compliment her dress. 

Also I would have liked to see her carrying a slightly smaller clutch with this dress. I think the look book's styling did this shiny mini dress more justice but I don't think this is a bad look overall. What do you think of Constance's look?

'The Terminal List' LA Premiere

'The Terminal List' premiere took place yesterday evening(June 22nd) at the DGA Theater Complex in LA and the cast made their way to the carpet for it.

Constance Wu wore a sparkled FALGUNI SHANE PEACOCK sequin embellished gown. This is cute but I dislike the cutouts under the bust. A TYLER ELLIS clutch finished up her look. 

Tyner Rushing wore a ETRO hot pink, beaded strapless gown and although I can't put my fingers on it now, I believe this dress or a similar version has been done before by the label. It's cute though but not with those bridal inspired pumps.

22nd Costume Designers Guild Awards

Following her attendance at the Oscars luncheon, Charlize Theron and more attended the 22nd Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards yesterday evening(January 28th) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA.

Mindy Kaling looked beautiful wearing a custom SALVADOR PEREZ velvet embellished v-neck gown with an silk-chiffon panel and split. However the neckline is off and I would swap out the pumps for silver metallic, ankle strap sandals.

Charlize Theron sparkled beautifully in a custom LOUIS VUITTON gold embellished, key-hole dress which was belted at the waist, with the matching headband. I like the idea of this dress with the exception of the contrasting black panel on the arms.

31st Producers Guild Awards

Yesterday evening(January 18th) some celebs hit the red carpet for the 31st Annual Producers Guild Awards took place at the Hollywood Palladium in LA.

Zoey Deutch was my favorite, I mean she is almost always on point. She looked wearing this OSCAR DE LA RENTA SPRING 2020 gown which was accessorized perfectly with IRENE NEUWIRTH. Even though I wish she wore the runway's sandals or something similar, her look is still a win.

Yesterday(January 8th) in Pasadena, Ca, the 2020 ABC TCA Winter Press Tour took place at The Langham Huntington Hotel and the networks stars were on the blue carpet.

Allison Miller of 'A Million Little Things' wore the STINE GOYA 'Autumn' blue & burgundy daffodil printed, ruffle blouse with the matching 'Debra' pants. A part of me wants to see how the shirt would look tucked in but I like the color combo. 

Constance Wu wore a MISSONI black and white mini dress with an contrasting orange peter pan collar. She accessorized her printed piece with the CAROLINA SANTO DOMINGO 'Eva' bag and CASADEI pumps. I kinda wish she wore ankle strap pumps or sandals and booties because these suede pumps feel a tad heavy.

Jennifer Lopez worked her frame in a RALPH & RUSSO FALL 2019 COUTURE black feather beaded, midi dress with an organza off-the-shoulder detail. The sandals feel a tad heavy but she looked great in this dress.

'Hustlers' 2019 Toronto Film Festival Premiere

The cast of 'Hustlers' descending upon the 2019 Toronto Film Festival in Toronto, Canada on yesterday(September 7th) for the film's premiere.

Jennifer Lopez led the way wearing a yellow sating and tulle layered, v-neck dress from MAISON YEYA FALL 2019 collection. I love the color but not the design. It almost looks like the satin & organza were thrown on top of each other to create layers. Also I feel like she should have added a colored lip or jewelry for balance. AMWAJ earrings, YVAN TUFENKIJAN rings, a JUDITH LEIBER clutch and FEMME LA sandals rounded out her look.

'Isn't It Romantic' LA World Premiere Wrap-up

Miley Cyrus and more was on the pink carpet yesterday evening(February 11th) for the 'Isn't It Romantic' world premiere at Ace Hotel in LA.

Priyanka Chopra served up major cleavage action wearing a custom bust signature VIVIENNE WESTWOOD strapless gown. The gown featured a pink sequin bustier top and a gold floral draped skirt with an asymmetrical high-low hem detail. Her breasts looks like they are fighting for air but she does look pretty. 

Rebel Wilson was beautiful in a custom PAOLO SEBASTIAN burgundy, semi-sheer long sleeve silk chiffon gown with floral appliqués and a flowing train in the back. I really adore this, it is really her best look.

71st DGA Awards

Last night(February 2nd) the 71st Annual Directors Guild of America(DGA) Awards took place at The Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood, California.

Constance Wu was head to toe in MIU MIU which featured a strapless black & silver embellished gown, with a white feathered neckline, a black clutch and silver sandals. Love this playful gown but it looks a little too loose on her. MELINDA MARIA jewelry and a fuchsia lip finished up her look. 

Sacha Baron Cohen looked great wearing this bold PAUL SMITH tuxedo. Thankfully it's not one of those boring blue hues, because the royal blue stands out more. 

Isla Fisher wore a REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2019 red, long-sleeve gown with plunging neckline and knot detail waist. Isla is reminding me of Amy Adams here because this is so her. Nonetheless, simple as it is, this is one of Isla's best look.  

Sarah Paulson also wore a look courtesy of MIU MIU. Her blue sequin midi dress featured a v-neckline which was adorned with a black rose and a cutout waist. The idea of this is cute but I don't like the fit. NIKOS KOULIS jewelry, a TYLER ELLIS clutch and a vibrant pink lip finished up her look.

Before her movie won for 'Best Comedy', Constance Wu posed on the blue carpet at the 24th Annual Critics Choice Awards at the Barker Hangar this evening(January 13th) in Santa Monica, CA.

Turning to a label that she has won on several occasions, she wore a RODARE SPRING 2019 blush pink hand beaded, sequin dress, featuring a double v-neck, dainty bows on the shoulders and a trumpet hem. The gown appears longer on Constance due to her height but she wears it well.

However the blush hue gown could have washed Constance out but a rich pink lip shade was added to her beauty look, which avoided that. Accessorized with LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry, a ROGER VIVIER clutch and AQUAZZURA sandals, she finished up with off-the-shoulder straight tresses with bangs.

Constance Wu gained some success with her hit tv show 'Fresh off the Boat' but it was her number one film 'Crazy Rich Asians', that took her career to the next level. The actress was on hand for the 22nd Annual Hollywood Film Awards yesterday evening(November 4th) at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA.

On tune with the red carpet, she wore a RODARTE SPRING 2019 red off-the-shoulder hand-draped tulle and ruffle lace embroidered, textured gown. Love this color on her and on this occasion, I am glad that she didn't match her lip with her dress.
