2023 The Hollywood Reporter's Women In Entertainment Gala

Following her attendance at a movie premiere, Ariana DeBose and more hit the pink carpet for The Hollywood Reporter's ''Women in Entertainment Gala'' which was held at The Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday(December 7th) in Beverly Hills, California.

Kerry Washington looked pretty wearing a PRADA 3D floral frock with metallic accessories. The shape looks slightly off but she is selling it and her beauty look is flawless.

Camila Cabello wore a Vintage JOHN GALLIANO and this would have been great if it was in a different color. Also, those mules don't work with it.

Helen Mirren more a GUCCI dress and perhaps she should have left the detachable collar and cuffs out. I feel like the dress would have worked better without.

Jurnee Smollett looked great in a stripe suit from the ZIMMERMANN FALL 2023 collection. However, the top is sitting too low on the bust.

Lucy Hale wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR RESORT 2024 masculine inspired plaid ensemble. On this occasion, leaving the matching blazer out was a good call. She looked great.

Alexandra Shipp wore a CHRISTOPHER ESBER cutout dress and even though I am not sold on the design. this blue hue looked great on her.

Ariana DeBose nailed her previous look, this one not so much. Maybe it's the satin material but this ROWEN ROSE PRE-FALL 2023 ensemble is not working.

Dua Lipa wore a black strapless, side split dress by TOM FORD. The belt buckle neckline helped to keep her dress interesting.

Kate Beckinsale wore a SELF-PORTRAIT tweed mini which looked great on her and then I saw the glittery platform sandals. It was not a great shoe choice.

Robin Thede wore a JASON WU PRE-FALL 2023 silk halt top with the matching skirt. This rich burgundy looked great on her.

Xochitl Gomez wore a ALESSANDRA RICH stripe crop top with the matching mini skirt. This is cute but the black tights and pumps feels to heavy with it.
