2024 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards

Following her attendance at Canneseries, Abigail Spencer and more attended the 2024 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards which was held at a private residence in Beverly Hills, CA on Wednesday(April 10th).

Janelle Monae suited up perfectly in a SERGIO HUDSON FALL 2024. We rarely see Janelle in color, but when she wears it, she wears it well. I love this vibrant red, wide-legs suit which has a retro vibe to it. 

Kiki Layne made a rare appearance wearing a TORY BURCH SPRING 2024 mini dress. This marigold hue looks beautiful on her. However, I'm not feeling her shoe choice. 

Alison Brie wore a white a TORY BURCH SPRING 2024 mini dress as well. I kinda like the structural design.

Kelly Rowland wore a HARBISON SPRING 2023 cut-out gown with the matching cape. My only quibble is that it looks too tight on the bust. 

Sophia Bush also wore HARBISON, but her piece is from the RESORT 2024 collection. I feel like this is wearing her more than she is wearing it. 

Andra Day wore a ZUHAIR MURAD FALL 2023 COUTURE sheer silver beaded, cape gown with a black flower on the neckline. This would have been perfect lined, but I wish the top part had a skin tone lining or bra. 

Kelsea Ballerini wore a ZUHAIR MURAD PRE-FALL 2024 black lace gown and she definitely needed a black bra & brief instead of nude. 

Da'Vine Joy Randolph looked beautiful in a custom RAHIL MISHRA FALL 2024 black sequin embellished dress. I am glad that the straps were removed because they don't work on the model. Da'Vine's custom version for the win.

Heidi Klum rarely gives us a win but I am loving her in this SONIA CARRASCO SPRING 2024 denim dress. Even her beauty look is on point. However, she should have gown with a gold metallic, ankle strap heel. 

Jenna Dewan showed off her growing baby bump in a CULT GAIA black satin and feather cutout dress and a bolero, Remove the feather bolero and cutouts, and this would have been a win. 

Alexandra Shipp wore a ACNE STUDIOS SPRING 2024 floor length, knit dress. The structured neckline is weird but she is pulling it off. I just wish the bad was smaller. 

Alessandra Ambrosio showed just a little midriff in a HAIRTHAND burgundy wrap top with the matching maxi skirt. I feel like she needed heavier gold jewelry. 

Zooey Deschanel wore a custom PATOU FALL 2024 red halter gown with gold accessories. I am glad she that she chose it in red because the color stands out more. However, the accessories don't work together. 

Poorna Jagannathan wore a GAURAV GUPTA black strapless, beaded gown. This isn't bad, but she needed open-toe heels. 

Nikki Reed wore a MONIQUE LHUIILER SPRING 2024 polka dot gown. I feel like the head styling doesn't work with the tone of the gown. 

Lucy Hale wore a WEIDERHOEFT FALL 2024 dress and opera gloves. I feel like this dress would work more on someone like Nicole Kidman and she should have left the gloves out. 

Laura Harrier wore a MUGLER SPRING 2024 which looked cute on her. However, she needed a better hairstyle and shoes. 

Kiernan Shipka wore a FENDI SPRING 2024 COUTURE two-tone, strapless gown. I'm not sold on the color for her, but generally speaking, she looked pretty. 

Karrueche showed just a little skin in this LAQUAN SMITH black cutout dress, but she looked gorgeous. 

Jessica Biel wore a DAVID KOMA SPRING 2024 ensemble. but the styling is a snooze. 

Cynthia Erivo wore a SALVATORE FERRAGAMO black velvet dress. The colored nails and leopard pumps kept her look somewhat interesting. 

Ella Balinska wore a custom BOSS SPRING 2024 stripe suit. I feel like this shouldn't work, but somehow is. 

Awkwafina wore a PEGGY HARTANTON coat with the matching mod dress. This isn't a bad look, but I don't like the shows. 

Ashley Graham utilized the split on her BALMAIN black one-shoulder dress. The gold rings keeps the dress from being a snooze.
