On Saturday(June 11th) Isla Fisher hit the red carpet for the 2022 G'Day AAA (American Australian Association) Arts Gala at the JW Marriott in LA.

Utilizing the split on her dress, she wore a RASARIO PRE-FALL 2022 blue strapless, draped satin dress which was accessorized with NICOLE ROSE jewelry and JIMMY CHOO sandals. 

I actually prefer the look book's yellow-gold hue but the right color was chosen for Isla. Satin can be tricky to wear because creases can almost ruin the look. However that wasn't the case here because Isla's dress fit her nicely.

Isla Fisher is back on the promo trail for her new Netflix project ''Back to the Outback'' and she posted her new press look on instagram yesterday(October 29th). 

She posed for the gram in a VALENTINO RESORT 2022 multicolored 'V' monogramed pajama style set which was offset with nude CASADIE platform sandals. With the top tucked in, this doesn't really come off as pajamas. 

Personally, I like this look and the setting in which this image was taken worked for her printed ensemble. Side swept tresses and a colored lip topped off her look. Are you feeling Isla's pajama look?

Wearing CHRISTIAN DIOR,  Reese Witherspoon, Isla Fisher & Olivia Colman hit the red carpet at the 93rd Oscars which was held at Union Station in Los Angeles, CA. 

Reese Witherspoon wore a red belted, silk-chiffon pleated dress from the FALL 2021 collection. For me, I like the way the straps are shown on the runway but even though she looks pretty, I feel like she has done this look a thousand times. Also the belt doesn't work for me. Yesterday evening(October 21st) in LA, the 2019 Australians In Film Awards took place at InterContinental Century City. 

Isla Fisher wore the ALEXIA MARIA FALL 2019 'Suzette' emerald ruffle gown with a v-neckline which was adorned with a bow. This gown is perfect on the model but it doesn't work on Isla at all. The is definitely more suited for someone on the taller side and the neckline looks a little tight on the bust. However the color  looks divine on her. Isla Fisher was in Austin, Texas on Saturday(March 9th) for the premiere of her new film 'The Beach Bum' during the 2019 SXSW Conference and Festivals. The premiere was held at the Paramount Theatre and the actress snapped a pic of her look for instagram.

71st DGA Awards

Last night(February 2nd) the 71st Annual Directors Guild of America(DGA) Awards took place at The Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood, California.

Constance Wu was head to toe in MIU MIU which featured a strapless black & silver embellished gown, with a white feathered neckline, a black clutch and silver sandals. Love this playful gown but it looks a little too loose on her. MELINDA MARIA jewelry and a fuchsia lip finished up her look. 

Sacha Baron Cohen looked great wearing this bold PAUL SMITH tuxedo. Thankfully it's not one of those boring blue hues, because the royal blue stands out more. 

Isla Fisher wore a REEM ACRA PRE-FALL 2019 red, long-sleeve gown with plunging neckline and knot detail waist. Isla is reminding me of Amy Adams here because this is so her. Nonetheless, simple as it is, this is one of Isla's best look.  

Sarah Paulson also wore a look courtesy of MIU MIU. Her blue sequin midi dress featured a v-neckline which was adorned with a black rose and a cutout waist. The idea of this is cute but I don't like the fit. NIKOS KOULIS jewelry, a TYLER ELLIS clutch and a vibrant pink lip finished up her look.

On Saturday(January 26th) Isla Fisher made her way to the red carpet for the 16th annual G'Day USA Los Angeles Gala at 3LABS in Culver City, California.

I have been seeing sparkles more on the carpet than ever before, and Isla came through in a number by RACHEL GILBERT. Her 'Zowie' silver hand embellished, short sleeve gown featured a split detail. 

My main quibble here is that I wish her hair was completely off-the-shoulders. BELADORA jewelry and a TYLER ELLIS clutch rounded out her look.

Ahead of the Globes, the celebs stepped out today(January 5th) for the 2019 BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party at the Four Seasons Hotel in LA.

Rosamund Pike has been wearing GIVENCHY a lot lately so it is no surprise that she turned to the designer brand on this occasion. Her one-shoulder black & white ruffle panel dress was teamed with PIERRE HARDY black sandals. 

Emily Blunt who also attended the AACTA's, once again delivered a winning look courtesy of OSCAR DE LA RENTA. Her long sleeve black & white dotted chiffon layered dress was styled perfectly with yellow ankle strap sandals. 

Claire Foy wore a ALTUZARRA that was inspired by the designer's SPRING 2019 collection. To avoid a wash out, a pink lip color was added to her beauty look. I am sure that would be a great dress if it was in a different fabric.
