2024 BAFTA Tea Party

Following her attendance at the Govenor awards, Emily Blunt, Rosamund Pike, America Ferrera, Greta Gerwig, Emerald Fennell, Rosamund Pike, Greta Lee, Ayo Edebiri and more attended the 2024 BAFTA Tea Party which was held at The Maybourne Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, CA. 

Fantasia Barrino was head to toe in DOLCE & GABBANA and while the brand may not be popular by many, she does look great. However, I don't think the pieces mix well together. 

Elizabeth Debicki kept it simple in a RALPH LAUREN black tuxedo dress which was styled with CALZEDONIA tights and ALEXANDRE BIRMAN boots. On this occasion, I feel like a sleek, stiletto pump or ankle booties would have been a better shoe choice.

Following her appearance at the SB film Festival, Kristen Stewart and more attend the 2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards yesterday evening(March 6th) which took place in Santa Monica, California. 

Colman Domingo wore a DIOR MEN black suit with GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI loafers. I am so use to seeing Colman in color but he does look amazing in this black & white look. 

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a black floral & sequin GUCCI skirt suit. I feel like the jacket & skirt together is too much but it's right up Maggie's style alley.

Taika Waititi wore a coral DZOJCHEN suit with grey TOD'S loafers. I like that he chose a standout color, making his look exciting and not boring.

27th Virtual SAG Awards

The 27th SAG Awards took place yesterday evening(April 4th) and due to the pandemic, the awards show was held virtually. As with the previous awards show, without a red carpet, it gave celebs the opportunity to get creative on how they presented their look on instagram and I like. 

Kerry Washington swimmingly slayed in a custom ETRO blue silk-velvet Swarvoski crystal embellished, slit dress and the matching headpiece. The back featured a flirty cutout detail. The design is simple but it's the detail and the headpiece that makes this work. Kerry took a dip in the pool wearing this dress which might have ruined but the concept of the shoot & her dress paid off in a big way. BULGARI jewelry and LORIBLU sandals put the finishing touches on her look.

Yesterday evening(October 7th) in LA, the 'El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie' took place at the Regency Village.

Krysten Ritter who is a new mom, wore a GEORGES CHAKRA FALL 2018 COUTURE black beaded lace and tulle cocktail dress. The dress was sleeveless on the runway but two-tier flutter chiffon sleeves was added to Krysten's dress. A touch color came via her pink lips which topped off her look along with a black clutch and CHLOE GOSSELIN pumps.

To promote the new season of 'Better Call Saul', Rhea Seehorn stopped by the Build Series Studio in New York on yesterday(August 14th) to discuss the hit AMC show. 

She stepped out in the HANEY RESORT 2019 'Lauren' champagne jumpsuit, featuring a button closure and a tie waist. Despite the creases, I like this loose fitting jumpsuit on Rhea. 

She posted great pics of her in it before the creases, on her instagram page. Beauty wise, she went with center part layers and a pink lip color which topped off her look along with nude embellished sandals.

Variety & Women In Film's 69th Pre-Emmy Awards Party

On Friday(September 15th) the Variety & Women In Film's 69th Pre-Emmy awards party took place at Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, CA.

Kiersey Clemons wore a PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI white ruffle lace floor length dress with contrasting black pipping. My only issue here is that the dress looks a little too long. 

Gabrielle Union rocked a ANTONIO BERARDI long sleeve embellished dress which featured a sultry cold-shoulder detail. JOHN HARDY jewelry. NEIL J RODGERS sandals and a complimentary beauty look completed her winning look. 

Lea Michele ditched her usual sexy dresses for a CUSHNIE ET OCHS FALL 2017 white two-piece suit. Lea went braless under the jacket which up'd the sultry appeal of her look. The pants needed to be deemed but she looked great other wise. CASADEI pumps finished up her look.

On Tuesday(March 28th) Rhea Seehorn attended the premiere of AMC's 'Better Call Saul' TV series season 3 at the ArcLight Theater in Culver City, CA.

She hit the red carpet in a SACHIN + BABI quilted dress which featured a black strapless top and a cobalt blue & black floral embroidered flare skirt.  

Beauty wise, she went with a smokey eye offset with a glossy lip and center part which topped off her great look along with PRADA sandals and sparkly earrings.
