Instagram Style: Gemma Chan in Hellessy at the 74th Cannes Film Festival

Following her previous look, Gemma Chan's stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray dropped another look on instagram of the actress from her appearance during the 74th Cannes Film Festival. 

Gemma never skips a style beat, she looked gorgeous once again, this time wearing a faux layered dress from the HELLESSY RESORT 2022 collection. In the look book, the straps were shown off-the-shoulder on the model but it actually works up like Gemma chose to wear it also. 

The dress is cute but I wished that faux shirt panel at the hem was removed because I think the dress would look better without it. Nonetheless, she still looked great. A complimentary beauty look, BEA BONGIASCA jewelry and RUPERT SANDERSON ankle strap pumps put the finishing touches on her look.

Instagram Style: Gemma Chan in David Koma for a 74th Cannes Film Festival Party

Following the closing ceremony, Gemma Chan attended an after-party during the 74th Cannes Film Festival and her stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray posted her look on instagram. 

Show off her décolletage, she looked pretty wearing a DAVID KOMA long sleeve purple off-the-shoulder faux wrap tuxedo mini dress. She looks fantastic in this mini dress and that color is beautiful.  

The silver hardware pops against this purple hue nicely and the SWAROVSKI earrings and AMINA MUADDI heels takes it to the next level. This look was perfect head to toe. Did Gemma sell you on her look as well?

Today(July 17th) is the last day for the 74th Cannes Film Festival and the celebs hit the red carpet one last time for the premiere of 'OSS 117: From Africa with Love' and the closing ceremony. You can relive the the celebs looks from this year's festival HERE.

Rosamund Pike made her first appearance at the festival this year, serving up some side boob action in a CHRISTIAN DIOR FALL 2021 red pleated gown. I really wish that her hair was pulled away from her face but that bob is her signature. I don't necessarily care for the side boob look either but I am glad that a sheer panel was added and I love the color. I just don't think this piece was right for her.

Before she attended the main gala, Rachel Brosnahan attended the 74th Cannes Film Festival Pre-amfAR Gala Lunch and her stylist Law Roach posted her look on instagram. 

Rachel switched stylist which is evident but either way, she looked great posing for the gram in a CAROLINA HERRERA RESORT 2022 ensemble which was styled with BRIAN ATWOOD pumps.

Regina King ditched wearing color for the black and white strapless ball gown which was custom made by SCHIAPARELLI. What classic, elegant look which was accessorized with BOUCHERON jewelry. 

Rachel Brosnahan wore a custom VIVIENNE WESTWOOD peach satin off-the-shoulder gown. Love the color and the silhouette is different thank goodness for VW but those creases are unfortunate. She still looked beautiful though. CARTIER jewelry finished up her look.

Regine King is out in Cannes, France for the 74th Cannes Film Festival and earlier today(July16th) she attended the Kering Women in Motion Talk. 

She showed just a hint of midriff, wearing a GUCCI PRE-FALL 2021 color-block graphic crop top and a logo stripe, drawstring pleated skirt. I kinda wish she left the beret out but I like the idea behind this sporty inspired ensemble.

The red rope sandals adds a chic finish to this great look. Also I like that she didn't wear the pieces as presented in the look book because it gives it a fresh style approach even though they don't really go together. What do you think of Regina's look?

Tilda in Loewe at the ''Memoria'' 74th Cannes Film Festival Photocall

Following the premiere, Tilda Swinton attended the photocall for the ''Memoria'' during the 74th Cannes Film Festival this morning(July 16th).

Tilda never sticks to the fashion rules which is why she has one of the best styles. I really like this loose, baggy LOEWE SPRING 2022 ensemble on her. The white top with the colorful feather ring and green trousers came together perfectly, especially with the orange pumps. 

However I wish the pants were hemmed and the uneven sleeves are weird but she pulled off the look either way. Tilda doesn't wear too much jewelry and her makeup is always light, which complimented her colored look. What do you think of Tilda's look?

The dress is similar to the Schiaparelli over-sized shirt that she wore yesterday and just like that look, I like this as well. Don't get me wrong, it does look like a night gown but I don't think anyone can sell this off-the-runway like she can.

Tilda Swinton is the queen of pulling off difficult looks and this SCHIAPARELLI SPRING 2021 ensemble proves that. The classic white button down shirt and black trousers got an over-sized, unique make over. Is it a tough sell?, yes but not for Tilda. I actual love this on her. It works in a weird, fashionable way and her edgy cut & colored lip enhances that.

Noemie Merlant in Louis Vuitton at the 74th Cannes Film Festival ''I Love Mon Amour'' Photocall & Les Olympiades(Paris 13th District) Premiere

Following her previous look, Noemie Merlant was back on the 74th Cannes Film Festival red carpet today(July 14th) for the ''I Love Mon Amour'' photocall & the Les Olympiades(Paris 13th District) premiere. 

For both appearances, she wore two different pieces separately from the same LOUIS VUITTON RESORT 2022 runway look and one of the pieces was altered from the runway version. For the photocall, she wore a multi-stripe ribbed, crop knit top styled with black shorts and sneakers. I actual like this on her. It's a casual but trendy look that suits her. 

For the premiere, the white dress that was layered over the stripe top was re-done in a longer version which was executed perfectly. The shorter version has a sporty feel to it with the drawstring at the hem. She probably could have pulled it off for the premiere though with some heels and jewelry and nothing underneath. 

However the longer version has a classy, elegant vibe to it and the nipped waist balanced out the column silhouette on her. Either way, she looked beautiful. What do you think of Noemie's LV look?

However in the same breathe, she is doing one heck of a job selling it and it was right for this type of carpet.

Following her previous premiere outing, Melanie Thierry hit the red carpet again yesterday evening and today for the premiere & photocall of ''Tralala'' during the 74th Cannes Film Festival.

For the premiere yesterday evening(July 13th), she wore another sheer look, showing some skin in a very see-though custom sequin, column dress with a draped neckline from CELINE by HEDI SLIMANE. For coverage at the bottom only, she wore nude briefs. I can't say that I like this at all, especially the color. If this was lined, it would have had a much better outcome for me. Also I am guessing the blue eye-shadow was added to her beauty look to avoid a washout because of the color of her dress but it's not working. I am just not sold on this look. CHOPARD jewelry finished up her look.

Timothee Chalamet style is in its own fashion lane and it shows with every outing. He was casually cool rocking the ELARA ''In God We Trust'' tee with black trousers, CARTIER jewelry and GIVENCHY boots. 

Tilda Swinton stood again once again rocking another HAIDER ACKERMANN look. I love the bright blue tone of her two-piece suit which was offset grey pumps. The way the jacket snaps across her waist is weird in design but this Tilda, she pulled it off.

''The French Dispatch'' 74th Cannes Film Festival Premiere

This evening(July 12th) in Cannes, France, ''The French Dispatch'' premiere took place during the 74th Cannes Film Festival.

Timothee Chalamet has great style and I love the way he dresses. He looked great in this silver and gold suit he knows. Black shoes would have been a predictable, easy choice but this is Timothee, white was on the menu. 

Tilda Swinton looked fantastic wearing a HAIDER ACKERMANN pink crop jacket with contrasting green sequin sleeves and a long orange skirt which was topped off with fuchsia pumps. The inspiration behind her look was ''David Bowie'' and she nailed it. 

Honor Swinton Byrne wore a GUCCI FALL 2021 light blue sequin, draped panel dress with a contrasting white collar. She also wore silver metallic sandals by Gucci which added to the retro tone of her look. I feel like her hair should have been completely off-the-shoulders to compliment that weird, detachable collar. 

Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a CHANEL SPRING 2021 COUTURE number which featured a white shirt and black tulle ball gown skirt. Love Maggie and I still swooning over her Versace but this is a no for me. 

Natasha Poly rocked a VALENTINO SPRING 2020 COUTURE lavender sequin and crystal embellished cutout dress with an open-back and slit detail.  

Dylan Penn rocked a sultry look which featured a black sequin and sheer illusion panel dress from the BALMAIN RESORT 2021 collection. 

Anna Cleveland sparkled beautifully in a custom ALBERTA FERRETI FALL 2021 gold sequin embellished gown. Her gown doesn't have a v-neckline in the front on the runway and I am not sure if she is wearing it backwards or not. I love the elegant, warrior vibe that she is giving off here.

Nieves Alvarez looked gorgeous wearing a custom PHILOSOPHY DI LORENZO SERAFINI dress which was accessorized with BULGARI jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN sandals. 

Melanie Thierry wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR dark green silk-chiffon, draped dress with an asymmetrical neckline and a thigh-high split. That asymmetrical neckline is weird but the design in general doesn't work for me.

Salma Hayek wore a tonal blue and black sequin GUCCI dress. Her beauty look is flawless but I am not feeling the dress, especially the fit on the bust.

Jodie Turner-Smith also wore a custom GUCCI dress. That neckline is too wide but I have to say, she still looked beautiful and the addition of the necklace really helped. 

Lou Doillon was also in a GUCCI dress. She looked great in this black velvet embellished & cape sleeve dress but she should have gone with an off-the-shoulder hairstyle.
