2017 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Wrap-up

Kerry Washington wore a long sleeve nude beaded MICHAEL KORS dress accessorized with LORRAINE SCHWARTZ & OFIRA jewelry, an EDIE PARKER clutch and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals. I don't like the fit of the dress, mainly the mid-section and I also think a pop of color was needed.

Nina Dobrev wore a CHRISTIAN DIOR SPRING 2017 white dress which featured a sheer dotted bustier top and a tulle skirt with white shorts. Even thought we have seen this before, Nina looked great. A TYLER ELLIS clutch, TAMARA MELLON sandals and a complimentary beauty look finished up her look.

Priyanka Chopra also wore MICHAEL KORS. Her black sequin & ruffled chiffon v-neck looked great on her. LORRAINE SCHWARTZ jewelry and side parted straight tresses finished up her look.

Saint Laurent at the Palladium Celeb Front Row

Yesterday the Saint Laurent at the Palladium Fall 2016 show took place yesterday at the Hollywood Palladium in LA. The runway show featured men's mixed in with women's. Check out some of the celeb looks from the show who were mostly wearing SAINT LAURENT of course. 

Jessica Alba wore a center front split gold lame slip dress which she toughen up with a black leather biker jacket. Adding a bold colored lip to her look, she finished up with black accessories. 

Elle Fanning wore a colorful sequin three-quarter sleeve mini dress. While the dress is cute the black pumps which got lost in the carpet are a bit boring. A simple ankle strap would have been ideal. The glittery smokey is the offender here. 

Jane Fonda wore a black & silver beaded black with a black came underneath and black trousers. A silver clutch, black pumps, a statement necklace and a pink lip completed her look.

Kate Moss took the vintage route wearing a black crop blazer with a floor length floral embroidered dress underneath which was adorned with a black belt. I kinda like this but I don't get the snakeskin clutch. Layered necklaces finished up her look.

Jenna Coleman wore a EMILIA WICKSTEAD SPRING 2016 white textured stripe three-quarter sleeve calf length dress with a cut-out waist. I like this dress which actually hit the runway in a lavender color. However I don't get the heavy CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA pumps. They are cute but strappy sandals would have been a better choice. 

Winnie Harlow looked cute in a BALMAIN PRE-FALL 2016 paisley two-piece skirt suit. Adding a sultry appeal to her look, she wore a simple white embroidered bra underneath. DAUPHIN jewelry, a silver box clutch and GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI sandals finished up her look.

Rachel Brosnahan wore a custom VIVIENNE WESTWOOD peach satin off-the-shoulder gown. Love the color and the silhouette is different thank goodness for VW but those creases are unfortunate. She still looked beautiful though. CARTIER jewelry finished up her look.

Peyton List looked really cute in the MARTHA MEDEIROS ‘Nadia Tata’ long sleeve powder blue lace embroidered mini dress with a matching floral neckline. Yesterday evening(November 6th) the 2023 CFDA Fashion Awards was held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Serena Williams who was honored with the ''Fashion Icon'' award, wore a custom THOM BROWNE black sequin gown with a dramatic puffy, cape-train in the back. I am sold on the idea but there are fit issues. 

Lala wore a custom SAINT SINTRA brown strapless romper with a matching long stole. Once again, there is fit issues. It looks like her boobs are suffocating.

Kylie Bunbury for the hit series 'Pitch', looked lovely in a green KAYAT SPRING 2016 draped chiffon gown with double straps and a high split. Her dress was shown in the look book with a matching sheer chiffon cape which she opted not to wear & did not need.

Evan Rachel Wood who walked away a winner, loves her suits so it is no surprise seeing her rocking this ALTUZARRA PRE-FALL 2017 black belted two-piece suit. LOUBOUTIN black satin pumps, minimal make-up and a short side parted cut finished up her look.

Michelle Yeoh looked gorgeous wearing a one-shoulder, cocktail dress by GUCCI. It's been a while since I have seen a dress from the label that wasn't over-designed. This was elegant and perfect for Michelle. 

Gabrielle Union also wore a look by GUCCI. I like the idea behind her purple sequin & paillettes skirt suit but I feel like the jacket & the skirt aren't working together and the platform sandals are way too heavy. Beauty look was simple but flawless as always.
