Diane Kruger, Teyana Taylor, Claire Danes and Gemma Chan wore PRABAL GURUNG yesterday evening(September 13th) in New York for the 2021 Met Gala ''In America: A Lexicon of Fashion.''
Diane Kruger stood out in a neon green PRABAL GURUNG high-low hem bubble skirt gown with a cutout waist and a flowing train. Love this vibrant neon hue and the JIMMY CHOO fuchsia heels popped against it nicely.
Teyana Taylor wasn't on theme but she oozed sexy wearing a custom PRABAL GURUNG look and her body is insane.
Claire Danes wore a dress hot off the runway from the designer's SPRING 2022 collection. It's not a bad look but it's to bridal.
Gemma Chan wore a custom black & white sequin mini dress with a dragon detail on the bodice and a dramatic mint bow train in the back. Gemma was paying homage to the first Chinese American Hollywood movie star Anna May Wong which makes her look fitting for the occasion.
Leslie Grace made her first appearance at the gala wearing a custom pink crop top and the matching ball gown skirt with a short train in the back. The embellished buttons added some sparkle to her ensemble and kept it from being plain. I'm not feeling the top but she looked pretty.
