On Tuesday(July 28th) ''The Devil's Mouth'' cast hit the red carpet for a screening of the Amazon Prime film which was held at The Culver Theater in LA.

Kathryn Newton wore a RHEA COSTA SPRING 2026 nude silk-chiffon gown with an embellished waist detail. Generally speaking, this gown is pretty, but the color doesn't suit. The bold red lip was added to avoid a complete washout, but I still didn't help. Also, even though the necklaces helps to distract from it, the design of the bodice is unflattering on her.

On Monday(March 23rd) Kathryn Newton and Sarah Michelle Gellar hit the redcarpet for the ''Ready or Not 2: Here I Come'' premiere which was held at Casina Valadier in Rome, Italy. 

Kathryn Newton was on tune was the carpet wearing head to toe red which featured THE NEW ARRIVALS 'Pualo' velvet dress, tights and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN patent pumps. I have a few quibbles about her look. I feel like she needed an off-the-shoulder hairstyle, the fit is too tight on the bust, and the tights and pumps combo are not working here.

Following the NY premiere, Kathryn Newton stopped by the Today Show on Monday(February 12th) in New York to continue promoting her upcoming film ''Lisa Frankenstein''. 

For her outing, she chose a nude and black polka dot mini dress from the CAROLINA HERRERA SPRING 2024 collection. Although I am not sold on the color for her, this is a fun little dress. However, it would definitely look better with platform sandals during warmer months. 

Also, to translate it into the current season, I think she should have gone with ankle or knee boots. She completed her look with dark sunglasses and a nude cape coat. What do you think of Kathryn's look?

Following the Image awards and the PGA's, Angela Bassett, Stephanie Hsu, Viola Davis, Zendaya and more attended the 29th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards which was held at the Fairmont Century Plaza on Sunday(February 26th) in LA.

Zendaya wore a pink strapless, rose corset gown by VALENTINO. She dressed up her gown with jewelry courtesy of BULGARI. She looked beautiful. 

Viola Davis was all smiles wearing a vibrant yellow VALENTINO gown. I love in her color and this hue looked fantastic against her skin.

Following the ''Ant-Man & The Wasp'' London premiere, Kathryn Newton joined Nicole Kidman in LA for the 27th Annual ADG Awards which was held at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown Hotel in LA on Saturday evening(February 18th).

Nicole Kidman returned to the carpet wearing a SCHIAPARELLI FALL 2022 black velvet, choker dress which was adorned with a large gilded brass anatomical heart pendant adorned with rhinestone. The design is tricky but without that choker, this would have been a snooze. I like it.

Following his appearance at the Creed premiere, Jonathan Majors joined his casemates and more at the premiere of ''Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania" which took place at the BFI IMAX Waterloo on yesterday evening(February 16th)  in London.

Evangeline Lilly wore a playful, NAEEM KHAN FALL 2021 silver crystal embellished, fringe cape dress. This dress looks better in motion but I feel like it's not working, especially with the focus pulling fringe earrings and that hair color.

22nd Costume Designers Guild Awards

Following her attendance at the Oscars luncheon, Charlize Theron and more attended the 22nd Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards yesterday evening(January 28th) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA.

Mindy Kaling looked beautiful wearing a custom SALVADOR PEREZ velvet embellished v-neck gown with an silk-chiffon panel and split. However the neckline is off and I would swap out the pumps for silver metallic, ankle strap sandals.

Charlize Theron sparkled beautifully in a custom LOUIS VUITTON gold embellished, key-hole dress which was belted at the waist, with the matching headband. I like the idea of this dress with the exception of the contrasting black panel on the arms.

This evening(January 19th) in LA, Kathryn Newton and Dakota Fanning hit the grey carpet in VALENTINO for the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall.

Kathryn Newton did two things to ensure she stood out on the carpet, she wore a dramatic gown and a bold color. Her SPRING 2020 orange ruffle pleated gown was a great choice for the occasion. However that neckline is problematic. It was too tight on the model on the runway and too wide on Kathryn. Overall, this is not a bad look but I kinda wish she added a necklace. A slick, center part up-do, smokey eyes and gold earrings put the finishing touches on her look.

Shailene Woodley attended the Dior cruise 2020 show earlier this month, so it is no surprise that she chose a look from the fashion house. Rocking a sultry, sheer look, she wore a SPRING 2019 COUTURE black satin stripe & sheer dotted, tie neck dress, with a built in bodysuit for coverage. Yes we have seen this look a lot on the carpet but I actually like on Shailene. It is definitely different from her past style, however it's the matronly hairstyle that is distracting for me. With such a sultry statement piece, the hairstyle should have been sleeker, and completely off-the-shoulders. She finished off her look with AZZA FHMY jewelry and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN pumps.

Yesterday evening(May 9th) in LA, Kathryn Newton hit the black carpet for the premiere of Netflix 'The Society' Season 1 at L. A. Live Regal Cinema.

On tune with the carpet, she wore an RALPH LAUREN SPRING 2019 black one-shoulder sequin top, which she teamed with black tapered leg trousers. I am glad that she switched trousers because the tapered leg version works better.
